invested DogeCoin last year and I was blown up because for me it is the fastest coin transaction between wallets.

I know that ICO was launched on the platform of Dogecoin and it attracted a lot of investors. However, I wouldn't invest in Dogecoin, I prefer other altcoins such as Ethereum or NEO.
I think that Dogecoin will definitely remain on the market. But I am not sure that its price will increase because of its supply is the same as it used to be.
I didnt knew doge were made for fun, but it is beauty, small fees are assured with doge due to its low value, we can moove milions with small fee, something bitcoin were supost to do as well. Dogecoin has its advantages, in particular, the speed of transactions and the low cost of transfers. But personally, I do not consider this project promising and deserving attention to long-term, there are much more interesting projects in which I would like to invest!

It would become ideal for Dogecoin to add SegWit to its code, and gain traction if it gains acceptance from the miners. Then, if it manages to become the first cryptocurrency to accept the scalable solution, it could rise in popularity once more (not to mention that transaction will be near instantaneous).
Nevertheless, Dogecoin is a great cryptocurrency being inexpensive and relatively stable, making it a great way to tip others or send micropayments faster than BTC at a fraction of the cost.
