Even if it is hype and they will pay platform wings for the forecast, then these tokens will be useless anyway, because no future definitely no of the project.

I don't think Wings is losing its community that is just matter of time we have less projects for forecasts as compare with alpha version. But when current bearish trend will be ended we see ICO will start moving with good speed and so many projects will be on that platform.
Yes. I also think that now there are not enough projects on the Wings platform due to the fact that the market is in the process of correction. Few projects go to the ICO.

I'm really surprised that no one in this topic notice the no-rewards since almost one year.. What wings is supposed to be? Just a platform where you can forecast and nothing else? Seems many people are happy to forecast, and i don't understand why.. Cause it is clearly that there are problems with rewards after many months..
Most probably, you forgot to claim on the successful projects. 
Platform will have more useful features for both users and project owners in future. (As per the team, when I asked them something like this earlier)
It is normal that WINGS is losing community, why should not lose it? As i said before, there is no sense to keep forecasting new projects if they don't pay rewards. Forecasting is just exposing your capital to more and more risk everyday with potential losses as you own WINGS tokens. I agree, I do not remember what would be prior to this some kind of project allocated so few awards. So disappointed that I did not have a chance to participate in COTI forecasting event. I really dont have the idea why my forecast kept failing . I have tried 5 times then eventually gave up. Better luck on the next forecast and moving on.
I did the forecast too and it went smoothly. Your transactions must've been failing due to low Gas/Gwei. Try doing it again but with higher Gwei, Current recommend Gwei is 15. You can check for latest recommend Gwei here https://etherscan.io/gasTrackerSo I think you can always try to lower it but less than 5gwei it sound really hard to be successfull
