Just to post the update, the mistery is solved.
Visa is no longer providing crypto back option for my country, that is why is no longer available at my account.
I understand it's the question of Visa policy but I blame Wiex not to send any annoucement about this. They just removed this option without any explanation literary in a day and deprived users from possibility to claim satoshies that were available until that moment.

Anway, does anyone has problems with crypto back feature on Wirex account? It just disappeared few days ago and I can't claim crypto back anymore.

Cryptoback is there for me. And I've just checked it - redeemed some satoshi from "cryptoback" to the wallet - and it works.

That is funny. It worked for me also until this Friday and now it's not showing anymore. I've checked all setings and options in case that this is optional feature that could be turned off but I haven't found anything.
Hope the support will answer soon, I collected nice amount of satoshies and don't want this to be waisted.

Update: after discussions with their support, I checked if my problem also happens on computer (and it didn't) so the next advice was to reinstall the app.
My problem is solved, maybe these steps can also work for you, @bitbunnny

it also worked well in all gas stations.

Interesting. I've never had a prepaid card of any type work for fuel in the US, and a few places in Europe too. They all had plenty of balance too. My Xapo card in particular also failed on numerous occasions for bog standard shopping. I called one place up and they couldn't identify what type of card it was.

Never had that popup

Maybe is this some specific US feature. I never had any issues buying gas with prepaid cards. I also used Xapo before Wirex and it also worked fine.

Looool I thought it was meaningless at first they announced it:

https://twitter.com/wirexapp/status/1022158719579316225

I am sure that they've did some study before adding it, so I am not surprised.
However I would love to find a way to see only the wallets I do use, or at least reorder them in a way LTC and XRP go (for me) to the end of the list.

Also, I get quite often lately a red bar "This action cannot be performed at this time..", actually I get it on each refresh attempt, it seems. Do you guys get the same?

I am back from holiday and the card worked well in 3 more countries (each and every one with different national currency) and it also worked well in all gas stations.

I don't know if I should feel happy about it or else... They just added Ripple wallet.

The more the merrier surely? It's worth something, though I've truly zero idea why, so it's just as sellable and therefore spendable as anything else.

I've been using my GBP Wirex card a fair few times this month. All's gone smooth and I can't say the same for my Xapo one when it worked.

Creating a hype around atlcoiners I see. Yeah I know the card works well for everyone, unfortunately for Indonesian like me, the atm fee is too much.

Hi, i have problem with one transaction, Coinmama Signal failed, But on my account remains as completed, I tried to contact the support but no one answers, what can I do? Then I would have a request for an active email change from a month, but still after the due verification of ownership of the account, nothing has been changed

You can follow up your support ticket in their SNS. I inquired something to wirex last thursday on facebook and surprisingly got a reply within the day.

Hi, How long to receive the EUR card I ordered ? Ty

It all depends to where you're shipping it to. See here: https://help.wirexapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/207161809-How-long-does-Wirex-card-delivery-take-

I can't find anything on the site but It's possible they offer DHL shipping, so If you want it faster, you could ask about them If you are willin to pay extra fees.

Yes, it depends on what country you live. My came in about 7 days, I'm in Europe. The fastest delivery they offer is 4 days, I think. The delivery is free and you can't choose the carrier. Probably they choose it depending on destination.
Card came very safe and nicely packed which I appreciate.

Just to share the first impressions after my Wirex card has arrived.
It has reached my address within a week, which is great. I uploaded my account with Bitcoins and exchanged it to Euros so that I can use the card for payments.
Everything was great, the card was accepted everywhere without any problems. Also I'm happy that there are no such fees like with Mistertango and I realy like the crypto back option.
So, to conclude for now I'm very satisfied and hope it will stay so.

hello dear wirex team

i stopped by to thank you for your product. I have found using your product very easy and straight forward. I ordered 2 cards (USD and EUR) about 9 business days ago and about after 7 days it was here. Very nice packaging and cards themselves look very ellegant. I also love your iOs app, that is very easy to use and has clean user interface. Support is helpful and quick to reply.

I just have 2 questions - when do you guys plan for USD and EUR cards to be linked to accounts (only GBP available now). This would open another niche usage for your product - we could link cards/accounts to paypal and withdraw money from there to our ios apps directly. and buy crypto much more easily. And are you guys planning to enter ETH wallet support too?

thanks for your hard work

After not so splendid experience with Mistertango I've decided to register with Wirex and ordered also a card.
What worries me are some comments here on forum that Bitcoin deposits sometimes last 3-5 days which is not convenient to me because when I fund the account that means that I want to transfer my BTC in Euro on the card and use it immediately. Like it suppose to be.
Also I've heard that customer support isn't always the best and many other issues.
So, can you share your latest experiences?

Also, does anyone know if there soon be some real Bitcoin debit card, like Xapo was, so that you don't have to exchange your coins first before you use them on the card but that you can spend them directly from the wallet?

Transferring Bitcoin onto the associated Bitcoin address goes just as any Bitcoin transfer, depending on the fees you use. I had nothing to complain on this.
Converting Bitcoin into fiat for the card works in a matter of seconds.
So the card is pretty good.

I agree that their support has plenty of room for improvement (to say it nice).
I had support tickets solved in a manner I almost left Wirex (support members that don't understand how their own system works, don't understand the issue, come with clumsy solutions that make you waste time and maybe money too). I also had tickets solved very nicely and in a professional manner. It's a matter of luck, really... I've got both types in the past two three months.

In the past there was a Michael, which could be reached even here on Bitcointalk sometimes. If an issue was not handled well, he came in and found the best solution. But I didn't see this apparition for long time now, I think that his presence would improve the overall perception about Wirex.

About other types of cards, I don't know, sorry.

Thank your for sharing this information, it's very useful.
I'm well aware that issues sometimes appear but important is how it's dealt with them and in what framework.
My card will arrive soon so I hope the experience will be good.
