Please, feel free to write to the support team and express your inconvenience with them If you want a more specific explanation. All I can tell you is We calculate the rates based on the market ON the Wirex platform and the current bitcoin price all around the world, and We do our best to keep it as a Win-Win situation for Wirex users.

Hello again Ale. The support team is working on your issue. Remember I warned you that you should make a withdrawal from PayPal without verifying your account. This is a known fact if you use Wirex. Please wait for them to answer the issue.

Hello sir, yes you warned me but I was already withdraw the money from my PayPal account please let me know now what will happen if I didn't get verified = I lose my money in the card or they will refund it to my PayPal account ??

You are right buddy he want to correct the vocabulary fees or rates does not matter. All I know is I have to pay like 7 prct of the real price of btc.
Nettler is 1 prct some wallets gives 0.5 prct BUT 7 to 6 prct I just could not bare it.

There's no fee at all. Again, On Wirex, there are two exchange rates: One for buying bitcoins and one for loading the card. The "Buy Bitcoin" rate is higher than one for "Load Card". But other than that, What you see is what you get. There are no fees for loading your card or Buying Bitcoins in Wirex

You may call it "no fee at all", "best Bitcoin rates from around the world" or whatever you want, but please stop treating us like fools. In reality, if I want to top up my card with 1 BTC, I'd have to sell it to you for $100 below the market price.

Again with this subject... Ok. As I already explain five times before, This difference you see is normal. On Wirex, there are two exchange rates: One for buying bitcoins and one for loading the card. There's no "7% fee" or any other thing like that. It's kind of silly so many supposedly "newbie" user keep mentioning this. So, please remember an exchange rate and a fee are not the same thing. A "fee" relates to an individual service (issuing a permit, pulling a tooth, selling bitcoins), while a "rate" refers to the price per unit (or minute or day or whatever you want to assign this price). We calculate the rates based on the market in the Wirex platform and the current bitcoin price all around the world. And that's it.

I have been a customer dude dont load your credit card with this company their fees after their upgrade is to 7 prct. Move all your money to another wallet. I ask their support if it is a glitch or they are seriously charging 7 prct to make btc => usd or usd => btc. No response I will update you guys on their response.

The old platform was giving that ability but since they upgraded It's not possible, while funding using altcoins, you could have different addresses each time but the bitcoin address is not changing at all.
