EDIT: Support team reports the issue has already being solved. Please clean your web browsers' cache and try to relogin.

Cleaned cache and it is not working  Cry So far not usable...  Undecided Are any mac os users here who using safari too?

Hello sir I just checked my account to see if the account get verified 7 after i submitted my documents and now i see the option that i upload my documents again does this mean the documents got rejected? By the way there is no message informed me by success or failure of the process of verification !! so what do i do now? This is really tough i don't know what else to do i got tired of this and I have deposited money into the virtual card so if i got rejected how i can get the money back Huh because i withdraw the money from PayPal i need help please real help because i spoke to the support many times and they till me they will try their best to get my account verified and nothing happen i'm waiting like 20 days now so what else should i do?Huh? in the end i think maybe it's glitch in the app it self or the website maybe because it's in new condition so maybe the option to upload the documents again is available but it's just error so maybe i still not rejected by the bank so please i'm asking you to help me because it took so much time with me i have submitted support ticket with the problem and this is the ticket number (82191) remember what i told you i did not informed by anything like i rejected or not.

I realized that when i ordered the card i put Iceland address which i was there at the moment in a hotel and it's not my residential address and i didn't know that it's important so the bank issued the card with the address that i ordered the card with and now I'm in UK and submitted the proof of address again and i'm asking for help to solve this issue because also i have money in this card and i can't spend it until the account get verified sorry for my lack of experience i'm not good at the tech stuff but i'm learning from my mistakes now  if you want me to send my documents to you here i will and this is my support ticket number (80015)

I have been using e-coin for a while with no problem and I made a lot of transactions with unverified account because I see the limits is ok with me suddenly days ago I withdrew from my PayPal account $108 then my card got blocked for no reason and asked me for verification and I submitted my passport (chile) and my bank account statement (UK)
And yesterday they informed me via email that my documents is rejected because my documents doesn't match I have no idea why but I don't know why it blocked from the beginning I read the TOS and I did not violate anything I'm sure of that so I need help to verify my account I'm gonna lose faith in this company if they did not resolve this  and how they gonna refund my money if the problem did not resolve because I withdraw the money from paypal???

As stated, Due to our bank’s updated anti-fraud policy, top up via PayPal, bank transfer, and other online payment methods are now available for verified Wirex accounts only. This means unverified Wirex users will only able to top up via bitcoin and altcoin transfers. If you have not verified your account, please read this tutorial for step-by-step instructions:

Now, as you can see, Your card was blocked BY THE BANK, not Wirex, because you made a transaction you shouldn't do. However, It's better if you verify your information with the support team first and ask for help, so you don't have to send your verification documents  more than once. Also, please remember all documents must be ON YOUR NAME and must match the information you gave to Wirex when you registered.

we haven't, just testing and checking and double-checking everything to minimise the chance of encountering any problems.
It's a massive update, not just the interface and certain functions, but also a deep reworking of the whole platform, hence the time taken

how much $ should i have in my wirex or e-coin debit card to confirm paypal account?

Usually 10 usd should be enough. However, If you want to withdraw funds from PayPal to your card, you will need to talk directly with PayPal's support team and ask them about their policies for your country regarding Prepaid Debit Cards. Also, Please keep in mind you NEED to verify your Wirex account in order to do anykind of transaction in PayPal with you Wirex Card.. It's absolutely necessary. DO NOT TRY to withdraw from PayPal to your card without doing the Wirex Verification Process, or your card WILL BE BLOCKED BY THE BANK.
