Hi, I'm from Chile.  In January I was able to withdraw from paypal, (with no bank associated),  to e-coin card (virtual) successfully. E-coin account is verified.  But now I don't see withdraw option in paypal.
I have sent an email to paypal support, They told me I need a Visa card from my country (Chile) to do withdraws.
Please, can you confirm withdraws from paypal to e-coin are not more an option.

Today I'm trying to load my debit card, but the payment is pending half a day. Though it usually was taking a minute.

Also, some other things which are really annoying, at least for me:

1. Every other time I try to load my debit or virtual card, I'm getting "Service unavailable" or some other error. Even if it succeeds, the process is very slow.
2. When logging in, reCAPTCHA is sometimes invisible, so I have to reload the page 2-3 times to see it. When I tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, it always asks me to "Select images with", though I'm logged in my Google account and it passes automatically on all other websites, except yours. You could enable reCAPTCHA only for unsuccessful logins.
3. Transactions history is extremelly slow.
4. Customer support is extremelly slow.
5. Email and SMS notifications are really annoying. I understand it is a security feature, but could you at least make an option to disable these notifications for deposits and card loads?
6. Once loaded, you cannot withdraw funds from virtual or debit cards.

I had a transfer of 9.346 Btc plus the fee associated with transfer go missing after a failed transfer on Friday.

I guess due to how fast the price of dropping that day that by the time I clicked the send btc button, the amount I entered had already fallen below what it was worth.

Here is my reference number for the failed transfer:

i have nothing bad to say about them . however it used to be 2k per day cashout limit via ATM and now 1k only . this is bad thing . advcash allow 3k per/day and i guess they use the same bank

that shouldn't be the case - nothing changed from our bank's side in terms of ATM withdrawal limits. If your account is verified, it is still 2 withdrawals per day, up to $1000 each, subject to the limits of the actual ATM used.

Could it be that the ATM you are using has a different limit policy now? Worth asking the bank operating the ATM..

It takes like $1.7 every time I top up the card.

I'm putting money on the card,not sending btc to another address.So,there shouldn't be a blockchain fee..

Even if it needs to be there, 0.00143 is too much.

EDIT: Sent $50 and after all your fees, I have $44 on my card.
$6 worth of fees+exchange rate,just amazing....

I understand your point. However, please remember the Blockchain fee is a bitcoin transaction fee, or "miners" fee added to bitcoins transfer from one wallet to another. The Fee is calculated by BitGo, our partner in bitcoin security and transactions, and it usually depends on different things like wallet history, blockchain load, amount of transaction, etc. We have no control over this and cannot do anything about it.

I had the same issue a few days ago, and I really don't remember having them when I was using the service before, hopefully It's nothing more then a bug...

This service is just unreliable. Whenever I try to load the card, it says "service is unavailable - please try again later".

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the card loading service was temporarily unavailable for a few hours. Right now the service is working normally. Please clean your browser's cache or reinstall your Wirex Mobile app and try to make your transactions. Let us know if the issue still persists.

Hello Candea. Normally, The Wirex Wallet change the BTC address every time you request one. However, in the last update, this was set to change once a month. This change will be reverted in the next updates of the platform. Thank you for your patience

I have my funds bugged in the system, can you please fix it? I had $500 BTC and I request a withdraw, email never arrived and it just disappear from balance.
