Is this project still in the work? Some development will be great. And put a lot more details in this ANN thread. In the future ANN threads will be the bible of all cryptocurrencies (it is, even right now).

There are quite a few Nexty - like projects, all of which are Ethereum, Neo, and Wave, and it's still to be seen whether the project will stand out.

With the alarming rate at which blockchain transfer fees continue to soar and subsequent delays in processing transactions (when you try to lower them) is something that certainly requires a remedy. This could just be the answer.
