As my habit of opensouce (i'm high level C/Java) i misunderstood that miner are not open source, sorry for inconvenience, i deleted my original post 

The difference is that CWI created their own miner so they have the right to lay out the terms of its use.  They tell you not to make changes or distribute then you should abide.  ccminer is open source so anytime someone makes changes to it then technically those changes are open to everyone to use since the original dev set that down as its terms of use. 

Its fully opensource, anyone can copy it and make for illegal things, only the official will be monitored, the owners (devs) dont want FBI chasing they

Was thinking that myself, to be different from the rest, it has to be completely open, especially with it being on tor, it makes no sense to police the market place.

what you dont seem to understand is simply this ...

if ONE BIT of data is changed in the code - and it does not match OUR MD5 hash on the second post in our thread ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/a-chainworks-industries-cwi-project-cwigm-simple-powerful-stable-2054431 ) - then it has been hacked / changed ... it NO LONGER becomes the miner that CWI code - and no longer is suitable to have our name on it - or endorsement of it ...

i did NOT say you were selling it - but you ARE distributing a hacked version of our miner - whether in private or not ... period ...

and if you call asking you to cease and desist what you are doing as strange behaviour - then what are you doing? ... strange behaviour? ... or unlawful behaviour ...

there is a fine line between a users freedom of choice to use miners - and their freedom of choice to use WHERE to mine ... when you change ANY of the code in our miner - then you make it unsafe to use ... when you change this code for you 'freedom of choice' - then all you do is create an unlawful way of forcing something that the miner was not created to do ... if its freedom of choice that you want - DONT use CWIgm ... simple ...

its still in beta - its still buggy - its still got issues ... and as you are promoting a hacked version - it is OUR responsibility as a business and coders of the miner - to warn EVERYONE who is thinking about downloading this miner - to not only use caution but also use common sense that a person like you could be distributing ANYTHING ... regardless of what you say ...

if it didnt come from us - users are better off deleting it ... or use another miner ...

certainly NOT get CWIgm from an unsupported and backed source - other than our official links ...

They said they'll have moderators to ban any illegal posts. But I dont see the point in them doing that, because people will just go to ebay or amazon if they wanted to be monitored. The use of a private crypto in a monitored market doesnt make sense.

I have a question about the market that is soon to be developed -

On the white paper it states: "Signatum Marketplace: A marketplace that will enable people and companies to sell products and services around the world, using Signatum as a currency."

My question is that will there be any restrictions on what can be sold on the market place and if so, how will they be inforced?

Along with your some kind of strange behaviour, you can see in my post there is no selling, no distributing, no republishing (no download link) a "hacked" "your" miner or whatsoever.
There is no hack, cause your miner stays untoched, it's only addition is suprnova pool capable, people must have choice, in ccminer for example you can connect on any pool not only one, that's a target. No offense, only best results, but i respect developing and not going to deep discuss

a hacked version of our miner means it is NOT from us - and therefore unsafe to use without it coming from us directly ...

we will take NO responsibility whatsoever for the miner - the hashrate - the use of and distribution of CWIgm - and the loss of coins in anyones wallet or profiles on ANY other pool due to the use of a hacked CWIgm miner ...

we do not - and will not - endorse the use of such practices - nor do we support it ...

use at your own risk - as if it didnt come from us - we mark it as unsafe and NOT an advisable miner to use ...

we will also categorically state that we DO NOT SELL our miner - nor endorse ANYONE who tries to ... especially those who wish to hack the miner for their own use ...

also understand - this code is undergoing international copyright - and is an offence to hack or republish our miner in any way shape or form ...

we ask you to cease and desist the activity you are undertaking currently ... more out of moral decency - than lawful backing ...

May be you'd better try first, then write?
1) I've put 30 and 30 (1070 Hashrate for both +/-).
And skunk is a winner from the first moment it was added to NH 100% of the time.
2) Even for 1060 25Mh vs 20Mh skunk is a winner for 80% of the time.

It's a fake, copied by some newbies.
It's has nothing to do with this project or the developers.
