Hallo Bitpanda.

Ich habe Fragen zu Bitpanda-To-Go

Man kann 500€ Bons kaufen, und ihr schreibt dass nur eine E-Mail-Anmeldung erforderlich ist.
Frage 1.) diese Coins kann ich mir dann auf eine eigene Adresse weitersenden, ohne dass mehr Daten von mir verlangt werden?
Frage 2.) wie ist das Limit, für Bons, ich meine man kann ja 10 + 500€ kaufen und einlösen.

Im Grunde möchte ich wissen, ob man später wenn man sich seine Coins zu einer eigenen Adresse weitersendet (die man selber mit dem Private-Key kontrollieren kann), auf einmal doch mehr Daten verlangt werden?
Mich wundert außerdem dass es bei euch nirgends Informationen dazu gibt.
Wenn es um Vermögen geht sollte man eigentlich ausführlich darüber informieren, das erwarte ich eigentlich von einem seriösen Unternehmen!
Es soll nicht heißen dass ich euch als unseriös ansehe.
Wenn man heutzutage Vertrauen aufzubauen will, sollte man sich schon sehr Anstrengen, besonders in einem Geschäft wo es um Vermögen geht!.

Ihr habt zwar verschiedene Limits die verschiedene Verifikationen benötigen, aber bei den Bons gelten diese nicht, da ihr selbst folgendes schreibt,
Also bitte ich um eine Ausführliche Information darüber.


Über folgende Punkte bin ich auch noch verwundert,

• 1.) dass es auf der Webseite nirgends einen Link zu https://www.bitpanda.com/togo gibt, wollt ihr das verstecken?
• 2.) dass ihr nicht mal eine Telefonnummer habt, das für mich auch wenig vertrauenswürdig.
• 3.) dass ihr einer der wenigen Betreiber seit, die die Deutsche Sprache unterstützen (finde ich Toll), aber doch englische Texte dort vorkommen.
  Denn ich finde es generell ein Unding wenn Betreiber nicht konsequent ihre Muttersprache anbieten können.
  Es gibt Menschen die Englisch noch immer nicht in Perfektion können! Besonders Ältere Menschen! Ein paar davon haben auch einiges übrig um zu Investieren
• 4.) es gibt hier viele Beschwerden wegen fehlender Antworten eurerseits die per E-mail bei euch eintreffen. Das klingt auch nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig,
  ihr solltet vllt. mal über sogenannte Support-Charts nachdenken die man direkt auf eurer Seite implementieren kann
• 5.) in euren Datenschutzbestimmungen steht u.A. nichts über die Videoverifikation, ihr wisst aber schon dass Unternehmen ihren Kunden mitteilen MÜSSEN welche Daten sie sammeln, was damit gemacht wird, und wem die Daten noch weitergegeben werden. Mit den Videoverifikationen ist ein komplett FREMDES Unternehmen betraut, die meisten wissen nicht dass ihr damit einem "anderen Unternehmen" die Daten weitergebt, das ist höchst bedenklich, da man darüber nicht transparent informiert wird

Ich zB. würde mich gerne bei euch Anmelden, habe aber aus Sicherheitsgründen keine Webcam, und werde auch nie eine benutzen.
ICH möchte immer wissen (ich vermute dass es noch andere Menschen gibt denen ihre Privatsphäre wichtig ist),

• was mit meinen Daten passiert
• wer diese bekommt
• wie sicher die verwahrt werden (zb. bei Hacks)

Für dass ist eigentlich die Verpflichtung gedacht dass Unternehmen darüber informieren MÜSSEN, wie persönlich Daten behandelt werden.

Bietet ihr für Menschen die sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht sind auch eine Möglichkeit der geschäftlichen Verbindung an, zB. direkte Verifikation in euren Büro´s?

Eure Tageslimits Bei Gold-Verifikation, solltet ihr auch mal überdenken, oder kann man das Individuell verhandeln, wenn man mehr braucht?  
Ich hätte noch mehr Fragen, kann man eine Telefonnummer bekommen?

I transferred ETHs to my Bitpanda wallet more than 13 hours ago and still don't see them in my wallet. On etherscan the transaction looks good, with more than 2500 confirmations and also the output address matches with the adress that bitpanda is showing me.

When is the Dash wallet going to be activated? Do you guys need support from Dash?

It will be added to your bitpanda wallet, but you can instantly (and I really mean instantly) transfer it to your own wallet. Takes an extra 30 seconds.

Am I missing something or is the only possibility to buy Ether on Bitpanda to have the newly bought Ether transferred to the Bitpanda provided wallet? That is not I want. I want to use my own wallet. The last time I bought Ether on Bitpanda I was able to provide the address of my wallet. This possibility seems to have gone since the introduction of the Bitpanda created wallet.
