Am I missing something or is the only possibility to buy Ether on Bitpanda to have the newly bought Ether transferred to the Bitpanda provided wallet? That is not I want. I want to use my own wallet. The last time I bought Ether on Bitpanda I was able to provide the address of my wallet. This possibility seems to have gone since the introduction of the Bitpanda created wallet.
It will be added to your bitpanda wallet, but you can instantly (and I really mean instantly) transfer it to your own wallet. Takes an extra 30 seconds.

Sorry for the delay. The name was totally different so the additional check was needed. But it has been solved already like you wrote also.
You might have seen the good news. We offer an ethereum wallet on bitpanda now. You can buy and sell ethereum normally on bitpanda.
Limits will happen someday but at the moment trades on bitpanda are instant.
Amazon vouchers are stocked up pretty fast in the rare case that the stock went too low.
Also, we only provide service for most european countries yet. So verifying further is only possible there.
You need a mobile phone number from a country we accept for verifying further. Regarding the 2FA you need to write an email to [email protected].
So I'm supposed to just entrust 600$ or else there's a ~2$ charge? While for litecoin the requirement is only ~20$...
I don't get the rationale behind this. Maybe they haven't changed this since the recent price increase?
What is the granularity of the amazon.de gift card option? (is it per 5, 20, 100,... € or any specific amount?)
We had to adjust the bitcoin deposit fee because transaction on the bitcoin network became very expensive. It's not the same for litecoin.

There was some problem with the exact name of my bitpanda account and bankaccount (it also mentions my wife's name).
They asked me for a photo of my ID + bankcard, which I send some days ago.
But still I have not received my bitcoins!
this is not fast and reliable, please look into this.
