Long story short, I have used BitPanda many times in the past and recently I had done the mistake of using a different credit card than the one I always used before to purchase my BTC. Due to this, BitPanda didn't release any funds which is ok, I understand, those are the rules of the game.
They requested a copy of my ID and my CC to see I am in possession of such card. Several hours after submission all was good and I had the BTC in my wallet.
Time went on and I decided to buy some BTC again and remembering what happened last time I made sure to use the card I used every single time before I once mistakenly used the 2nd card.
I paid for the BTC and I was again welcomed by the same message saying I have used more than one card and I should send all documents again to prove I am the owner. I would like to repeat this is the card I have used every single time before that.
Being in a hurry I gave up and decided to go with the flow, I submitted all that was requested. Now we are 24 hours later in the story, I have submitted a query asking if the situation is ok and whats the estimation on releasing the funds (which I have bought using the card that I used ever since the beginning of my BitPanda journey) and my funds still are not cleared nor did I get any kind of reply.
I would like to say that I am disappointed with the approach mainly due to the fact that this is a fast pace environment, a sensitive one because peoples money involved (which bothers me the most - that I didnt receive any proper feedback) and also my funds are held because I used the one card that I have used ever since I first signed up for BitPanda therefore I refuse the claim that this is a card that is unknown to the company.
If anybody would like to look into my query and persuade me BitPanda is worth further running my money through these are the details

the problem is that our system enforeces this very strictly, so with 3 cards this can happen easily. Shouldn't happen in the future anymore for your account.
