So ones again we have been scammed by another ICO known as Uchit. Now people have started raining insults and curses on the bounty manager that he has led them to be scammed. Despite the numerous apologies from the manager, bounty hunters do not seem to understand. Now my question is, do you think bounty hunters must be blamed when we are scammed because they knew what the ICO was up to, even from the beginning?

No bounty manager who has a name to protect will go ahead to manage a bounty that he or she know from the outset that it will turn out to be a scam. Most of these bounty managers are kept in the dark just as we bounty hunters. But all the same, they should have done their research about any project before accepting the contract of bounty management.

From the part of course to blame , but I think that it is strongly wrong to shift the blame because it does not depend on the Manager to raise funds during the ico

I think the blame should be either lying on both parties or on no parties. There is no scammed people without a scammer, so the manager is to blame. But there hadn't been a scammer if we wouldn’t have been so gullible and let him do it.

Again problems are scanned and we feel that bounty manager once again seems to be blamed for the same. However thousands of apologises are coming from their side but still again investors and new comers are not in a mood to let them go.

It all depends on how much the bounty manager carefully chooses the bounty campaigns that lead. Someone in a month does not have one campaign and they all turn out to be a scam. A good manager does not take a lot of campaigns, but all his campaigns bring money.

we shouldnt blame these bounty managers because they are only in charge on the flow and the partcipants in rach ICO.Failing of ICO doesnt reflect the bounty managers but the failed of each participants to meet the requirements for each ICO should also considered. At the end of the day, bounty participants are the one who makes every ICO successful.

Yes, you are right. Bounty participants do not have to blame the bounty manager if the project fails. However, the bounty manager was supposed to give an announcement against the cancellation of the failed bounty project, because currently many bounty programs were not clear.

It's a shame when the relationship of the company's Bounty member and the Bounty's manager to the company has double standards. When the manager apologizes, then everyone should accept an apology, But if the participant makes a mistake, then no one forgives these mistakes.

they have nothing to blame because they have to set tasks that they have to fulfill and they do them, they can also be deceived by employers
We will never know the whole truth, and whose initiative it was to break the trust of the bounty hunters or change the rules midgame. I wouldn't search for the one to shift blame on, I would try affecting the market leaders so that they invent the mechanism for regulating the ICOs and punishing the scammers.

Often people think their fault is present. After all, if the project turned out to be fraudulent, it means that the managers did not fully understand the project and gave us a bad option.

The accusations are of little use, you will not get any money anyway, but it's high time to introduce responsibility for fraud and punish severely for deceiving thousands of people!

I think that bounty manager should not be blamed. Because they doesn't know if the project SCAM or not. Even good bounty manager too, can make mistakes

We can't blame them entirely but we cannot also let them off the hook just like that because they presented the bounty to us and they ought to have verified with the team to ensure the legidity of the project.
Don't blame the campaign managers because they don't have anything to do with the distribution after the sheet is turned in.The coins that is transferred from that point on is from the coins team.

An experienced bounty manager will be able to identify scam ICOs, but they are unable to determine if one will succeed or not. If it turns out to be a scam then they are also wasting their time as well, counting stakes will lead to nothing if they don't pay the bounty manager

Bounty managers are not to be blamed alone you should also blame some bounty hunters. You need to make a research about the ICO before you even do their bounty let alone investing.

There are too many scams. I think the scammers are the ones to be blamed. Bounty hunters and managers are just trying to make a living and they got scammed together. Some regulations and rules must be set for ICOs and bounties.

there are so many bad bounty managers, they only prioritize their payments, and don't see if the ico project is trustworthy or not, so that's why I always follow a bounty manager that I think is good and can be trusted

Bounty managers are mostly a part of the core team and it is only in recent times that projects have begun to outsource their bounty or community managements. Even with that for any individual or group to take up the responsibility of representing a cryptocurrency project, it is required that they have already made intensive research so as to not be involved in scam practices.
A portion of the blame belongs to the bounty manager
