in some cases, impartial bounty managers are to be blamed, while in most cases projects are also to be blames, because most projects do not pay bounty managers and this affects bounty hunters at the end of everything.

Sometimes bounty manager must be blamed. My friend joined Tokenpay bounty and didn't paid because bounty manager change his mind so project admin didn't paid bounty but project was success.

This is not the most difficult case. There are cases when bounty managers receive money from the developers of the project to distribute bounties to the campaign participants and leave all this money to themselves.

So ones again we have been scammed by another ICO known as Uchit. Now people have started raining insults and curses on the bounty manager that he has led them to be scammed. Despite the numerous apologies from the manager, bounty hunters do not seem to understand. Now my question is, do you think bounty hunters must be blamed when we are scammed because they knew what the ICO was up to, even from the beginning?
One duty of a campaign manager is to verify if the campaign he will manage is a legitimate ICO or not. There are some ICO manager that knew already that the ICO campaign  is a scam but since they are being paid by Bitcoin or Ethereum partially, they blindly accept the project and wash their hand telling it wasn't their fault.
The fact is that I will always evaluate the manager of the Bounty Company only on the results of the Bounty campaign. Perhaps this is unfair, but nevertheless no one pities the company members of the Bounty and immediately immediately assesses our work without resorting to any simplification.

I'm new, I've been working in crypto for a long time. The desire to managers is such that there was no aggressive action on their part towards the campaign participants and the charging of the rates for the work from the manager's bad mood was not dependent on them.

Now let me let us understand something. Bounty hunting is like you are working for a company. now you cannot just walk up to a place and start working without knowing what the company is all about.

If you must participate in any bounty, you need to do a proper research of such bounty before participating. So you need not to blame the manager for anything, because the manager is at lost.

For me, it is bounty manager's full responsibility to check and make sure the project is not fraud. But we cannot put our blame only to the bounty manager since they are just doing their job. For us bounty hunters, it is our responsibility also to be keen and smart enough to chose the project we want to join.

I don't think its the bounty managers fault if an ICO is scam, because they are also hired workers of such company and they are also the same as bounty hunters, we all can be deceived by the project and false promises with the CEO. So it is necessary that the CEO od such company is very active in the telegram group for them to really answers the questions raised.

It not easy for someone to decide a scam or legit ICO even for a bounty manger, so I think it’s not fair to blame any bounty manger, you also have to check the project before joining.
If a bounty manger advertise a project even have doubt about the legitimacy of project or bounty manger receives the project amount but not deliver to bounty hunters, then obviously we have to blame bounty manger.

Well, there are good managers who have practically no fraud , and in others almost every project turns out a Scam , I think there is a bounty for the Manager to choose what to keep and for how long, and should answer for it

For me the bounty manager is being paid a nice reward (and probably skimming the top) so they should be held accountable for scam bounties.  If they can't get the job done I'm sure others can.  Tossing the bad managers is the only way to progress.  Sounds harsh but all this niceness is why we are in the mess to begin with.

Most bounty manage have a disclaimer from get go about the bounty campaign they are running.  Even at this,  bounty manager most do their work thoroughly by investigating and protecting their own image first and their bounty hunters! blaming a bounty manager is the wrong thing. because a bounty manager just doing their job, so they also don't know the ico that they handle is problematic. it can be a learning for bounty managers to understanding the ico which will be handled, so the things like this will not happen again. and for the bounty hunter it would be better if before following an ico, we can check the profile of bounty managers and the teams that handle it first.

Gift managers don't need to be blamed ... we can judge the manager's bounty ... we can blame them if they leave and just keep quiet if someone asks about the continuation of the project ...

Actually, the bounty manager wants the project to be successful. If the project ends in fraud, then the Bounty manager is not to blame. Well, this is a lesson for us as bounty hunters or for bounty managers too, that we must be smart in choosing projects.

Managers are not part of the team they are also paid to manage the campaign the team are the one to blame especially if they reduce token allocation

About this bounty I can not say anything, but very often I see that managers are not always to blame in the scam!

not for all, failed bounties usually will blame the bounty managers because maybe the bounty manager has also been deceived, and a bounty manager is also a human, of course he has done wrong, but of course there is a bounty manager who does the work only for scam bounties, so stay away a bounty manager who has a negative reputation for trust

I think the bounty managers do not have any faults here. They are only hired to manage the campaign and they do not have the authority to decide to distribute the token.

this is a good question. The manager is to blame if he knew that this project was a scum, but to blame without evidence is not correct. another thing when managers do not do their job in calculating rates or simply do not check people and charge everyone in a row - just today he was arguing with one of those who said that there are too many people and you can not keep up with everyone. but I just went in and saw a bunch of people who did not do anything at all and got bets. in such cases I put in the manager's place
