For me, meditation is loads of shit and It has no effect on human psychological health. Maybe , Meditation  can have some placebo effects on human beings. That's why, people think that meditation heals their illnesses.

Some people connote a full meditation is with YOGA only. Yes but not all! For me Meditation is important to renew and recharge your senses, like if you're over stressed you need to pause and maditate , where does it come from and resolving thhe matter. It is giving your self a break for you to carry on in life.  It benefits good health physically and mentally because you are having gaps in between stress. Soon it will result on a Good relationship with more people.

It's the off-topic category, of course you will find many in here who are looking to increase rank whilst talking about something that is a little lighter than the rest of the forum. With regard to the OP, meditation has been proven to reduce stress and increase concentration, personally I find it to be a little too relaxing and end up falling asleep half the time which is not too beneficial.

Pretty incredible, today I've been trying hard to keep a clear mind, and meditated for around 15 minutes. So I've been trying to notice the benefits. I would say I feel a little more aware. And at one point I got extremely irritated due to an internet order that has taken over a month, pure anger, but better handled. I'm trying very hard to keep a clear mind.

I think the most benefit of meditation is it removes anxiety and make feel fee and it also help to concentrate on things.

Also, it actually helps me fall asleep.meditate as usual just be in bed, I've always had trouble falling asleep and it usually took me 10min of laying and rolling around before but now I just try to meditate in bed, tho I don't practice meditation during the day no more. :d
