Pimpmycoin and everyone, we certainly will take everyone's feedback into account when deciding whether or not to host another 10 btc freeroll.  We had over 900 registered entrants in the last 10 btc freeroll and receive several requests daily to have another 10 btc freeroll and inquiries from companies wanting to co-sponsor a 10 btc freeroll.  We know most players appreciate the opportunity, hence over 900 register for the tournament, but we have a lot to assess when deciding whether or not have another 10 btc freeroll.  We would actually like to host them regularly and will certainly keep you informed.

i have played on betcoin for some time,

i have only positive feedback, i made some cash out without problem

and about the freeroll i have only to say tnx for this free opportunity

Pimpmycoin thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.  Congratulations on your finish in the tournament and we plan on hosting another big freeroll soon to thank our many players for their support.  Please take a look at the OSS series coming to Betcoin Poker, ACR and the WPN and know that we are here for you anytime!

Coming to BETCOIN POKER, ACR and the WPN!!!!

We’re bringing HUGE tournament poker action back with the Online Super Series V!  With bigger prize pools and even more added tournaments from November 27th to December 6th, this series is one you won’t want to miss! This 10 days of jam packed excitement leads up to the currently 3,000 BTC ($1,000,000) Guaranteed prize pool Main Event on December 6th at 5pm EST!

The OSS V offers something for every type of poker player.  The series will hold diverse game types including Texas Holdem, Pot-Limit Omaha and PLO8 games with re-buy and re-entry structures along with an assortment of buyins.

With 76 tournaments and over currently 7,800 BTC ($2.6 million) in prize pools the OSS V is bound to have a number of events to fit your needs!!  We wish everyone the best of luck!

Oh man, this is awesome. When I first saw the OSS on another site a while back, I thought that I was going to have to make a new account on ACR including going through the verification process which I didn't really want to do in order to take part in it because I hadn't seen Betcoin.ag mention anything about it until now. But now that I see you guys are in on it, I don't have to make another WPN account. I can just take part in it from betcoin using bitcoin. Nice.

Junko, this is a very popular series at Betcoin Poker, ACR and the entire WPN and we have it here for you.  Good luck and report back how you do here in the forum and the forum at Betcoin.ag.  We will soon have a leaderboard tracking all of your stats!

How do you feel about the issues which have been brought up over the past several pages of this thread?

Did you read them?

Do you not believe they happened?  Or do you think it's acceptable?

Not trying to attack you, just not understanding how or why so many are choosing to endorse Betcoin because they they don't have issues with withdraws/offer WPN tourneys/have low rake etc...while acting as if none of the problems within the thread even exist.  If you don't believe me, or think theyre no big deal I would understand, but why not say so?  If you want to do some good for Betcoin, prove I'm wrong.

We’re bringing HUGE tournament poker action back with the Online Super Series V!...

Be sure Betcoin software is updated and will be compatible with WPN for this series.

If you forget about it this time it would be fourth time in 4 months that Betcoin Players (only betcoin) couldn't see table or cards for the first 45-60 minutes of the tournament.

If you do forget, I probably won't be there to help this time (banned): https://www.betcoin.ag/how-fix-sundaty-million
(By the way, I think you forgot to "make things right" like you promised during the chaos on Aug 2nd )

Betcoin deleted the entire thread about the "Freeroll" because so many players were calling them out on this bullshit notion that the "Freeroll" was such a huge success. Just more lies and shady actions by Betcoin.

Found a piece of it, might have more somewhere...

I don't get it!  How are you complaining about a 10BTC freeroll?  Are you crazy?  Free money not free enough?  LOL  If it's the rake you're freaking out about....I challenge you to name another branded site that doesn't take a rake to pay for their expenses and to promote the brand.  Other sites don't even come close to offering as much back in terms of freerolls ("freeroll"..."freebuy"...same thing basically) or gratuities.  Is it the transparency you're complaining about?  I really don't get it?

I see you posted no link and I searched Betcoin.ag and couldn't find it so I have to assume that you are posting a saved copy of a thread that was deleted. The only player you have saying anything is NOT PRAISING your "freeroll". He as well as every other player "complained" and you deleted the entire thread. Then you posted this thread but locked it so no one could say anything: https://www.betcoin.ag/p0kerpr0digy-takes-down-10-btc-gtd-pre-millions-freeroll-betcoin-poker

Nowhere was I nor anyone complaining about free money. Players were complaining about how poorly the tourney was run and how absurd it was to have such an expensive add-on that they knew nothing about until they had to decide in seconds. I have never played in nor seen a single poker tournament where you had to guess the rules before the tourney started.

THE PLAYERS FUNDED THE "FREEROLL". You can't take extra rake that was for a BBJ and say you funded a "freeroll" with it. Especially not one in which you collected a large amount of rebuy and add-on fees. You paid out our own money in a tourney that no players agreed too. The players were making suggestions as to how "their freeroll" should be run yet Betcoin ignored every one of them. Betcoin can say it was such a huge success for them because it cost them nothing and they made a lot of money and brought new players but it was not a success to any of the players that actually funded the tourney.

The "freeroll" was a failure and it was a failure because that is what the players decided. Betcoin cannot say they had a successful tournament when all the players state otherwise.

BTW I believe the add-on was 50mBTC which was about $13. Tell me the last Freeroll anyone has ever seen with a $13 add-on. Can someone verify the add-on cost or maybe Betcoin could tell us and share how much they made off it.

I posted the original image and it was just one of TwitchySeals pics I grabbed from another post months ago and happened to somehow find.  I deleted it because I thought the image wasn't working but then saw it had been quoted fine so just left it.

No reason for posting it except I remembered that was the thread you were talking about being deleted and it was the only part I could find.

I think this was the first time Betcoin had ever said publicly that the BBJP was "functional" They mostly just ignored any questions involving anything they thought answering might not make them look good it seems just the way they are doing in this thread and also in the thread they deleted above

Why it isn't possible to play heads-up by using dollar? I don't see any list. It has been removed this type of playing poker?

Most heads up sitngo's are currently unavailable through the Betcoin interface but you can play them through our parent site ACR anytime.  We will keep you posted if an when they return, but they were removed quite some time ago.  Thank you for playing with us.

Thank you very much. Hope that heads-up will come back as soon as possible. It was my prefer game modality  Undecided

We certainly want to provide all options available to you.  Bitcoin only play presents some challenges when combined with the tournament liquidity but we will continue to work to improve and we thank you very much for your support.

Here's a straight forward example of Betcoin lying about an issue. Note - There is a freeroll involved , but I am not complaining about the fact they want to have freerolls. I am complaining that Betcoin blatantly lies to the players and allows cheaters to play.

It's a little concerning that you don't appear to have replied to any of his posts here. He seems to be raising valid concerns, but you leave them unanswered.

Did you really use 10 BTC confiscated from cheating players to fund a promotion instead of giving them back to the players they were stolen from? If so, how do you justify that?

Did you really allow those same cheating players to them play in the freeroll funded with the money they stole, after claiming to have zero tolerance for cheating? That sounds pretty crazy if it's true.

Hi Dooglus, it's because we did return most of the btc and we still ran a 10 btc freeroll to thank players for their support on top of returning funds.  This was many months ago and was handled expediently.  Ironically, most of the players were from a prop program which we no longer have, yet most of the players still play in.

No we did not allow those players to play in the tournament but as you may know a bitcoin gaming website creates some unique challenges which we embrace.

We have addressed all of this before and will happily address it again as we continue to move forward.

Thanks guys!

Jessica

Actually cryptosmoker there are a few people complaining about it.  Just look above.  I don't understand it either.  Don't play in it if you don't like it.  I actually didn't because I didn't want to compete against 900 people!  They complain about 10 btc freerolls, about VIP programs and other benefits.  I just don't get it either and realize that people will troll and when they do you just have to ignore them and move on because they will never move on.

No ftw, nobody is complaining about Betcoin having 10 btc freerolls.  We're talking about all the things that, up till now,  you and Betcoin.ag have completely ignored.

Betcoin is trying to make us looks like a bunch of bitchy poker players by responding as if we are simply complaining about freerolls.

If you don't get whats going on, I'd be happy to speak with you on the phone, over skype, private chat whatever and answer all questions. But I dont see the point in doing it here if you are just not going to read it.
