1. Could you please elaborate on the reason why this 3 day hold exists now?
2. Is there anywhere on the site that shows that there is currently a 3 day hold on bought bitcoins?

1. Hello E-coin staff, can you tell me when it would be possible to remove the 3 business days hold of the bitcoins once I purchase them from your system?

2. Also, can the card load time be lowered from 4 days (that's how much it took me and other I read of here) to like 2 days or less?

2. Not quite sure what you mean. Was your card not loaded instantly? If not, then there is an issue - please, PM your e-mail address so that we have support check your case

Why haven't you put a notice about the withdrawal delay, yet? It's been longer than 2 weeks. Why are you still deceiving your customers?

I topped up my card , says was successfull but also hd a notification& email saying withdraw failed and to contact support , BTc isnt on card as of yet.

edit: just tried topping up for a slightly smaller amount and it worked fine!!? maybe maximum is setting level too high??? strange used max before fine.

we have been implementing some fixes lately; have you contacted support and received a reply on this issue?

how is the fees compared to other cards

In other cards loading card thats 0%-1% fee. Cash withdrawal usually from $2 up to $3
Most important is diference between buy price and sell price - usually there are hidden fees Wink

It was communicated after you had already bought it in and people had started asking why their transfers weren't going through. We were also told it was 3 days, not business days.

buy bitcoin is still in beta and we are now improving it. The 3 business day hold is to make sure all top ups from external sources clear properly. This is only temporary as we will release bitcoins much sooner in the near future. This is only a security issue and we apologise for the inconvenience.

You should have stated this earlier. Now I got my card but I can't use it. What's the logic in that? Taking in consideration I Paid for my card...

what do you mean? You can use your card to pay or withdraw cash as normal,  you can load the card the same way you always could, the limit on transferring BTC to other wallets doesn't affect that.

It seems to be 4th day, not 3rd (72 hours). Hope they can remove this soon anyway!
