The odds are out because currently, the fight is still officially confirmed and will push through.

Only if the fight will be canceled or delayed, it will be taken out from the bookies. But one thing is for sure, regardless of the fight will be sanctioned as a title or non-title fight just to follow the timeline of respective boxers, bookies will still list it and there will be no difference to odds.

I hope no changes will be made until the day of the fight. Kind of a waste of time if this fight will be sanctioned as a non-title match. If that's the case, then they should just totally cancel it and let those boxers move forward to another opponent in exchange for the effort, time, and cost already put on by the organizers.

The world is putting pressure not directly on Russia, but on their head, Vladimir Putin. That was another topic to discuss and might be off-topic here.

He needs to get out and should look for a knock out win and not just let it go to the scorecard.

No can't discount that fact that there could be home town decision and the boxers knows this. That's why they don't really wanted the fight to go on the score card because this could happen to them and could be the victim. That's why I would agree that the only way for Bivol to win convincingly is by KO by it's very difficult to accomplished against a fighter of Canelo's caliber.

Agreed, This happened multiple times before during fight of Manny Pacquiao to Jeff Horn and Timothy Bradley that both fight in there respective hometown. I believe KO and a very convincing win is really required to defeat a fighter on there hometown because there's some mysterious force always affecting judges decisions in time like this big event because many big people are betting on this match around the world.

This is so true, specially the Jeff Horn vs Manny Pacquiao, it was held on Australian soil home of Jeff Horn and it was really a biased decision and every boxing fans really knows what happen there. So a KO is a must for Bivol to erase the shadow of the doubt and no questions after the fight who really had won. But it's the question on how Bivol can do it, he will not a lot of luck on his side to win against a prime Canelo Alvarez.

It will be different even if Canelo would win via decision and people will not be surprised because he is the popular fighter unlike the scenario in Pacman vs Horn where everyone expects Manny will win even before the fight. Of course, the home-court advantage was huge in that fight, and that clearly tells boxing is corrupt because we have judges who make bias scoring probably for the money.
