There's no need to be upset

To be honest criptoevangelista, you know that theory that when someone buys BTC, the price falls, and when they sell, the price rises?

It wasn't until I made the bet with you that Corinthians would be relegated that the team simply started an incredible winning streak that they've rarely achieved in their existence hahaha

I'm glad I lost the bet to you, but my sports betting is going well, I've made some small profits until now

I'll send your USD at night or tomorrow ok?

Tomorrow is a decisive game for Botafogo. If they can win, they will be champions. I believe that Botafogo fans must be very excited for tomorrow's big game. I saw that there is a very important figure in the Brazilian judiciary who is a Botafogo fan. I'm talking about STF minister Flávio Dino. I saw on Globo that he celebrated the Libertadores title. This is a good thing. It shows that football has a great capacity to unite different social and professional classes. Talking about tomorrow's game, I see that it will be a very difficult game, because Internacional has only lost in one game in the last 5 games. But knowing that they lost to Flamengo, I believe that Botafogo can win tomorrow.

I believe that Fortaleza and Palmeiras will win without difficulty. However, Botafogo should suffer a bit in today's game against Internacional. But I don't think there's anything that can stop them from winning. If Botafogo loses or draws, will anything change? I'm out of the loop about the probabilities.

I only missed the Fortaleza game, the rest was as expected. Palmeiras won and Botafogo's game was very even between the teams. So, from what I saw, Botafogo is one draw away from being champion. They really outdid themselves this year!

The planets have aligned and transformed Botafogo into champions. Who would have thought, Botafogo fans finally have reasons to put on their shirts and go out on the street without feeling ashamed, although there is something that is extremely rare: a legitimate Botafogo fan lol Even when I lived in the state where Botafogo is located, it was very rare to find a fan,  Cheesy Cheesy

Fans will take their shirts out of the closet and wear those models from 1900 and something. Just kidding!

I believe in Botafogo, but they will tie on Sunday and Palmeiras will win. But since Botafogo is on the verge of a tie, they will be champions.

Did you see the teams chosen for the Club World Cup? I think that's what it's called. Will we have a topic about it? Do we have one yet? I would like to discuss this event too!
I think it's unlikely that Botafogo won't be champion. They don't even need to win the match, a draw would be enough to secure the title.

What could happen is that São Paulo will give up the match to hurt their rival, but they could also give it their all and, with a lot of luck, end up winning.

Palmeiras has a good chance of beating Fluminense, but that alone doesn't guarantee the title, since even if Botafogo loses and Palmeiras draws, the title will go to Botafogo anyway.

There was a Tough compitation between Cruzeiro and Palmeiras where the team Palmeiras defeated Cruzeiro with 2-1 score. Palmeiras keep developing themselves and they won last four matches out of five including this one what makes them currently standing at the second position in the qualifying table with having 73 points. And Cruzeiro didn't able to won any single match from last four Matches they played. After the match started, Cruzeiro Showed good performance against their opponent and they gave several shots but Palmeiras goalkeeper was brilliant enough, i appreciate how he defend the ball everytime. No goal was scored from any side in 1st half but after the start of 2nd half, Matheus Pereira scored 1st goal at 52th behalf of Cruzeiro where the goalkeeper excepted from their defenders to defend the ball and unfortunately he didn't attempt to defend the ball. Afterwards Palmeiras become serious and dedicative enough, and 1st goal Scored by Mauricio at 61th minutes and another wonderful goal was scored by Estevao with his free kick. And finally the won the Match

I think I will bet with criptoevangelista again, I bet Corinthians will be relegated in 2025 ok?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Botafogo and Palmeiras won their matches
So the title will be decided in the last round, pretty exciting  Grin

Botafogo needs a draw or a win against São Paulo to be champions
if Botafogo loses, they need Palmeiras to lose or draw

Palmeiras to be champions need Botafogo to lose, and win against Fluminense

Corinthians had an impressive rise. Palmeiras is probably suffering from the same problem that Flamengo has been suffering from, they are losing to themselves, perhaps ego, perhaps imagining that they have super powers and that the championship would already be won. This is usually a phenomenon that happens when a club wins many titles in a short period of time, as was the case with São Paulo in the last decade.

Even if they draw in number of points, Palmeiras has 1 more victory

Your Corinthians  surprised me a lot. I already imagined that they wouldn't be relegated, but I imagined that they would be somewhere in the middle of the table, but the team put together an impressive winning streak. You see, it's all about confidence. A confident team may not be the most qualified, but it can achieve impressive results. Psychology is almost everything in sports.

It could be on Polygon, where the rates are low. It could even be on the POL token (If you can, of course)... Since we are in an altcoin season, this coke could very well turn into a pizza in a few weeks lol

...

Regarding Fluminense, they could beat Cuiabá, which is already a team on vacation in the championship. But in the next match, they will play against Palmeiras, who will probably give their all to win this game.

The path is completely clear for Botafogo to win the Brazilian championship, Internacional is already out of the running, all that's left is for Palmeiras to root against Botafogo, but after winning the Libertadores, the Brazilian championship will be practically the cherry on the cake of this fantastic year for the club. Next year we'll return to normal programming (Botafogo fighting to avoid relegation lol)

I'm going to have a cold Coke in this heat with the 5 USD from my friend @rdluffy  Cool

Which crypto do you prefer?

I'm not sad to pay 5 USD because next year I will not have to watch Brasileiro Serie B to see Corinthians hahaha
Can I pay you in Polygon, Base or Arbitrum?
If you prefer another method, feel free to say, I just want to avoid ETH transactions due to the high fees

And I think Fluminense will once again manage to stay in Serie A
The next game is against Cuiabá, so they'll probably get the 3 points, and then they play Palmeiras and should lose
But those 3 points should ensure that the team stays up once again...

When Gregore was kicked out of the game in the first seconds, Alex Telles told him the team would run the field for him. The coach Arthur Jorge felt tempted to change the strategy and formation immediately, but he held back and decided to maintain the current players, so he wouldn't need to abdicate his offensive power for defensive power. He risked maintaining the strategy the team had prepared for the day, despite having one less player in field.

Luiz Henrique, Thiago Almada, Jefferson Savarino and Igor Jesus had to play retreated, but the offensive power was still there, ready for a counter attack anytime. And that was exactly what happened. Almada and Marlon Freitas built the play and Luiz Henrique scored the first goal of the match. Then, few minutes later, Luiz Henrique launched another counter attack and was knocked down by Atlético-MG's goalkeeper on the penalty area. Second goal for Botafogo by Alex Telles.

Then, in the end of second half, Junior Santos performed the Gran Finale, as if it was a script of the good Hollywood's movies from previous decades.

The strategy of the coach, the leadership of the team's captain, the will and passion of each player were determining on that game. The fact they were playing for each other, united for a goal in common, made total difference in the end.

That's what I talk about in the Brazilian national team topics, for example. The coach was very decisive in this victory. And I'm sure the players were motivated, even with one less player, because they felt better. That says a lot and that's what we need for the Brazilian national team.

What's your opinion guys?
It's a very plausible prediction; I wouldn't be surprised.

Until a while ago, it was almost certain that Palmeiras would be champions, but now everything has become complicated with a game that they shouldn't have lost.

Botafogo, in addition to winning the Libertadores prize (US$23 million), profited from the appreciation of the dollar against the R$ (brazilian real). This has really been a very good year for Botafogo. I hope they keep up the pace.

My initial prediction was Palmeiras to be champions in 2024 hehe, I'm glad Botafogo is almost winning this one

It will be interesting to see how Botafogo will react after the title, because some teams relax a lot and lose the next matches
I think Botafogo will be champions like I said, but since Corinthians will not fight for title, I hope for great matches with some emotion and title only in last round  Cool

About the title... my bet is certainly on Botafogo, who now have much more morale after winning the Conmebol Libertadores title. 2024 will be a "glorioso" year for Botafogo.

Botafogo has proven that they can be cool when things get tough. They played with one less player in a final and made it seem like it was nothing. It seemed like they had one more player. They really are on fire. If they don't win the Brasilierão, at least they're already in the running for the Libertadores. A great team.
