We still have the Libertadores final at the end of the week, and if Palmeiras manages to beat Botafogo next Wednesday, the probability of the team losing on Saturday is huge... Who here has the courage to open bets against Botafogo?

Even though Corinthians are only fighting to qualify for the Libertadores, I confess that I'm excited to watch these final games
It's probably one of the fiercest seasons ever

Botafogo vs Palmeiras, great game
Botafogo vs Inter
Flamengo vs Inter

All direct matches for the title fight  Shocked

Hard to bet in these matches

Taking the opportunity to respond to everyone. I saw a study last week that indicated that Internacional had a 6% chance of becoming Brazilian champions. Well alegotardo until today I couldn't see the international winning the Brasileirão, in 1979 I hadn't been born yet.

The closest Internacional came to being Brazilian champion was in the 2005 championship, that controversial championship in which several matches had to be rescheduled and in the end Corinthians was crowned champion... Internacional will still play against Botafogo, which could further reduce the difference in points because Botafogo seems to be quite shaken and this directly impacts performance.

Two more days we will witness the big match between Palmeiras vs Botafogo and it is match that can determine who will win the title this season because next Palmeiras only has two easy opponents and is different from Botafogo who has to fight two fairly strong team, namely Internacional and Sao Paulo.
For the betting options themselves, I do not take the favorite and only prefer to take BTTS in the big match, what do you think will this match end in draw or Palmeiras win and can ensure to win the title.

I hadn't posted here for a long time, my previous campaign didn't allow gambling posts. Today my team, Internacional, is looking to maintain its unbeaten record of 16 rounds. This is crazy, right? 16 consecutive games without losing, I hope he fights for second place.  Grin

Internacional's unbeaten run is truly incredible, and I'll say more, they're only 5 points behind the leader, although it's difficult, I still consider the fight for the Brazilian championship title to be completely open, up to the 5th place anything can happen. Now Corinthians, defeated Vasco's team, and speaking of Vasco, what a horrible Vasco team, not even Phillipe Coutinho can solve this team's problems.

Really impressive not gonna lie. The way International are playing is efficient and it looks that it was designed to win and to produce show or score a lot of goals and it works because this style has already a couple of years of development.

Corinthians had a divine intervention to save this season because everything started against them with financial problems and everything that involved the club and somehow they saved the season , avoided relegation and most likely will sell important players and rebuild a new team for next year.

I also think it will be difficult for Internacional to take the lead in the championship, but seeing that they are fighting with such determination is really encouraging.

Today they thrashed Red Bull Bragantino (4x1) playing at home and confirmed their current favoritism. Now they has 65 points in the championship, just five behind Palmeiras and Botafogo, who are fighting for the lead, but there are only three rounds left until the end of the Brazilian Championship.

It is very unlikely that they will win this title, but it would be great to see "Colorado" win this unlikely national title that has not happened since 1979.

I remember at the beginning of the year when the club's board said that in 2024 they would be 100% focused on winning the Brazilian Championship title. The plans didn't work out very well, but all is not lost yet.

Nice to see you again tg88
Inter have slipped under the radar and, incredibly, have just reached third place  Shocked
Incredibly, with all the problems that occurred at the start of the championship in RS and Inter have achieved an incredible feat (so far)
Along with Corinthians, both teams have not lost for several games hehehe

Something even more interesting is about to happen in the championship, Inter will simply play against:
Flamengo, Botafogo and Fortaleza, all top teams in the league
If any team fails and Inter beat them all, they still have a remote chance of being champions

did you end finding it?
I didn't look again but last time I checked odds were not so great so I decided to just save my money and buy stuff that I like and makes me happy instead of betting (you know, ice creams, chocolate, bitcoin... these things...)

it's been a while I don't watch football games, who's on top lately?

 Cheesy
I only bet on Palmeiras' and Botafogo's victories yesterday, didn't make other bet
But I had no luck, Botafogo drew the game, lost the lead and I lost the bet  Undecided
It would have been better to buy a chocolate as you said hahaha

If you're a bit out of date, I recommend watching the Libertadores final on the 30th, Botafogo vs Atlético MG
It could be a great game

In addition, the last games of the Brazilian championship could be very exciting
Palmeiras, Botafogo and Fortaleza are in fight for the title

Palmeiras and Botafogo on 70 points and Fortaleza on 67
And on the 26th, the day after tomorrow, Botafogo will play Palmeiras, so it will be another exciting game and a direct fight for the title

Palmeiras takes the lead in the Brazilian Championship and Botafogo stumbles again (3 draws in the last 3 games). A team that aims to be champion, stumbling in this final stretch of the championship? Botafogo finds itself in an extremely complicated situation... it seems that we will have another déjà-vu of the great "Guarani of the capital": Palmeiras champion again.

There's no need to be upset

It's a good bet, I'd go for it too. These are relatively easy games for both teams and with how hungry they are for points it should be really easy. Another good game is São Paulo, but I think it will be a draw too, with few goals.

Let's see if we have any luck, but I'm confident that both teams will win, there's a lot at stake for both

I didn't pay attention about Sao Paulo match, but it's interesting, since Sao Paulo will play at home, need to win to try the direct classification to Libertadores and Atlético MG is going to play the final of Libertadores, so they will probably save some players and will not go 100% in this match
I'll see if I can find a goot bet together in São Paulo hehe, thanks for the tip

And Fortaleza have just wasted a huge opportunity to put themselves in a good position to fight for the title
They drew with Fluminense and are now 5 points behind Botafogo

Today Botafogo and Palmeiras will play theoretically weak opponents and should win their games, keeping the advantage against Fortaleza
It will be a surprise if either team doesn't win their matches

I'll just make a multi bet on both wins, 1.82 of odds  Cool

I believe that Palmeiras will have a boost in the final stretch of the championship. Palmeiras is highly motivated, as they only won the Paulista championship this year, a year with fewer titles than last year.

I also think it would be great if Botafogo were champions. I feel sorry for them. It must be very difficult to be a Botafogo fan at this time.

So Palmeiras has a calmer psychological factor, as you said, they will have less pressure and only the Brasileirão to worry about, so they will give it their all.

To make matters worse... Luiz Henrique will also be out of Botafogo's game against Vitória because of the general confusion between Botafogo players and security guards with the security team at Arena Independência after the final whistle of the game.

This kind of situation with Botafogo is not good at all
The atmosphere at the club can be troubled and it can do a lot of damage to the club's performance in this final stretch
Just think back to last year when the club lost several games in a row, and as the atmosphere gets worse, it gets harder to win and the level only goes down

In my opinion, the next two games will be decisive for both teams. But I see Palmeiras as having a better chance of becoming champion, because Botafogo doesn't inspire much confidence. They could lose in the next games. The funny thing about Botafogo is that they could even beat Palmeiras, but then lose to other weak opponents. It's a team that lacks concentration in the decisive moments. For example, in the last five games, they had three draws. It was a great opportunity to have gotten 9 points, but they only got 3 points. If they were a normal team with great determination to win the title, they would be close to celebrating the title at this moment, but they are a team that makes jokes. I wonder how Botafogo fans are holding up psychologically.

Palmeiras also have games against strong teams, but the advantage is that they don't have to play in a Libertadores final, so they'll have less pressure and more rest

Don't forget the third option, Fortaleza. Where Palmeiras and Botafogo simply think they have it all won and end up being overtaken in the final stretch. It's not hard to happen, but it's a good bet, since the teams simply don't show any desire.

It would be incredible if Fortaleza were champions
In my opinion, if they win the next 5 matches, there's a great chance to become champions, because Botafogo and Palmeiras will sure some points in their matches

There is little time left, as I've said before, if Botafogo slips up, the title will go to Palmeiras, they shouldn't feel pressured like they did last year or else the same thing will happen again and i feel that the same will happen.

This championship is being the most exciting of all.

And Palmeiras' next opponents are: Atlético GO, Botafogo itself, Cruzeiro.

In other words, some teams are weaker than others mentioned, such as Atlético GO, the match against Botafogo will be decisive to see how much pressure Botafogo is under in relation to Palmeiras.

I can't believe Botafogo are so keen to give away the title again  Tongue

It seemed easy, and now it seems so difficult

Botafogo will have very difficult days

On 23 Nov they will play against Vitória, an easy game to win
On 26 Nov they will play against Palmeiras, a direct match in the fight for the title, probably the team's most important game in the Brasileirao
30 nov they will play the Libertadores final against Atlético MG in Argentina  Shocked

04 Dec returns to the Brasileirão against Inter, difficult game
08 Dec is the last game, against São Paulo

What you think guys?

The championship is very unpredictable in this final stretch, now I have a different opinion, before I thought Botafogo would be champion, today I think the title will go to Palmeiras. Botafogo has the thankless task of defending the leadership, and this is much more difficult to achieve than a team like Palmeiras, which needs to seek points... and there is also what was said a few days ago, the tradition of a team, and in this case Palmeiras has much more tradition and history of titles than Botafogo.

Don't forget the third option, Fortaleza. Where Palmeiras and Botafogo simply think they have it all won and end up being overtaken in the final stretch. It's not hard to happen, but it's a good bet, since the teams simply don't show any desire.

My focus was elsewhere and I had already forgotten about Corinthians. They left very quickly, could it be that all this was the Mephis effect on Corinthians?

I remember that he had a clause that if he was relegated to the B series he could leave the team.

The reason Corinthians woke up and started winning games and climbing up the rank is that I bet with @criptoevangelista that Corinthians would be relegated this year, and then it skyrocketed  Grin Grin Grin

But it looks like Memphis have given the team a boost and Yuri Alberto is finally scoring more goals
But I remain firm in my criticism, Corinthians were very lucky to reach two semi-finals that they could have used much better and been in some final, the Copa do Brasil or the Sudamericana.

Now the fight for Corinthians is to try and get as many points as possible to finish seventh and earn a place in the pre-Libertadores, since Flamengo is already classified because of Copa do Brasil

Do you think the team can do it?

I agree and they will only convince me if they win titles, at least consecutively. Because they need to convince, getting out of the relegation zone is their obligation and the least that can be expected from such a big team. So, it's time for them to react and start converting.
