I think not matter which one is in the top mate but we need both coin give us fortune like you said.
We need profit here as trader or investor so i dont care about the chrown. But exactly bitcoin is still on the top.

It is always the bitcoin that will rule in all cryptocurrencies. Because there will no other king of cryptocurrency , the bitcoin will always have the potential in gaining profit , preferably in a long term . Etherium in my opinion will gonna take the second spot in earning big profit , next to bitcoin . Etherium as many said that it will be the queen for the king of cryptocurrency.

On my mind Bitcoin still stay as a leader of cryptocurrency world. But the gap between the two currencies will be more and more less. Maybe not in the 2018 but sooner or later we’ll see the parity of two coins.

In this year, i think Bitcoin will remain king in the cryptocurrency world. And if you are going to compare it to ethereum, ETH has a long way to beat Bitcoin, though Ethereum has potential but it will comes after Bitcoin.

i think eth will eventually replace btc as the king but not in 2018. So, in terms of investing in 2018 - both should be fine.

BTC is price can not be compare with ETH for one day, Btc is always be a winner any every where in the world and still be the number on the cmarket exchange, include on the coin market, is working perfectly to maintain the position, BTC still be the best for more 20years and nothing can stop Bitcoin not to be a leading coin.

When you concider the gained prices of both coins since last year's January you can see Ethereum's rising is pretty astonishing. It's ERC20 offers a lot for the people who tries every now and then to create new tokens. Though the network of Ethereum is still questionable and since the Bitcoin offers something unique like wider acceptance among the investors- it will still rule the market for a long time.

I also invest in both coins, but more often I use ETH. It seems to me that this coin is much more convenient than bitcoin. Commission for sending ETH much less than the commission bitcoin.
