I know how it feels difficult to sleep, it can make the body more tired.
advice from me, when after the daily activities of sleep not late at night.

before going to bed to drink warm water to relax the muscles of your body.
get up early around 5 am and get out .... take a breath and feel the fresh morning air!

rutinkan these tips, may be useful.

Try to buy some sort of sedative or sleeping pills, surely help!

It's not smart to deal with this things by using addictive medication. Sleeping pills shouldn't be abused.

Last year i suffered from depression and Its really hard to fall asleep. Until one time I tried to drink milk before sleeping and its a miracle that milks help me to sleep well..

Try meditating or taking melatonin

This has worked best for me, melatonin being the natural sleep hormone helps a ton, but i only use it when i really need to make sure i'm well rested. Does anyone know if it makes you more dependent on taking it?
As for the meditation, easing your mind makes your mind not wander to places you wouldn't want it to and just wait for the sleep to come.

dont force your self to go to sleep. relax, dont think too much, relax your mind let your self go to sleep. try to drink warm milk before sleeping

Try to meditate before you sleep. Use essential oils such as lavender. And try melatonin (it's safe)  Smiley

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad
Sleep problems can be your brain injury. I would suggest to you that meet a good doctor.
