Lets briefly analyse the reasons for sleeplessness:
If it because of stress and tension from work, speak out and start BELIEVING that you are the BEST and you will definitely reach the TOP no matter what.
Also, proper body and mind conditioning is essential to achieving a healthy sleep pattern. Following are my suggestion:
1.   Do a regular after-sleep workout for at least 20 minutes. It should be rigorous. Adrenaline and toxins are released during exercise.
2.   Deep breathing ( Long Inhale & Exhale ).
3.   Avoid caffeine intake mid day to night. Caffeine is a stimulant.
4.   Listen music for sleeping
5.   Warm milk with sugar helps me sleep long.

Maybe you are suffering of anxiety or a psychological problem that you havent noted. You should try to meditate and improve your sleep hygiene. If that hasn´t worked, you should visit to your physician.

I have also experienced once in my life. I think you have to take a lot if exercise to burn out the excess sugar in your body. This excess sugar has caused you not to feel sleepy since it boost up your enery at night. Burn yourself out on sweaty activities and avoid eating sweets. It helps.

Sometimes i cant sleep too. Because the side effects of medication. I recommend to you get an advise to a doctor. To able to know the reason in your problem.

by morning try to do some tiring things so by night you sre fast asleep because you are tired

It's because of all the staring at the screen, I also have this problem. I'm trying Night Light thing in Win10, maybe it will help.

This works for me 9 out of 10 times if I can't sleep.  I get up and brush my teeth, sounds crazy but it works for me.  Might be the floride in the water and toothpaste that calms me down.

Well, the only way to sleep if you can't, its getting tired...play some sport, run, i don't know. Here is summer so it's hars too :S

Try counting or doing nothing for 20 minutes just lying in the bed, if you are not very stressed you will fall asleep.

I have the opposite issue which I always feel sleepy, sometimes I get annoyed because even I sleep a lot I still feel sleepy  Angry

you should try and leave all the devices in another room. Also, you can try to stay in another room until you are sleepy and then move to your bedroom. It worked for me  Undecided

I use lavender essence on my pillow. Also earplugs.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad

You should try to count the sheeps! I know it sounds corny, but it actualy works! I always do sheep counting when can't sleep and have no problems.

Just make yourself becoming very tired , you will easily take your sleep.
