I suggest to you. you eat banana or drink herbal tea 2 hours before you go to sleep.

First of all I am very sorry to hear that
Actually proper sleep at least 6 to 8 hours is very important for good health
Mostly people's don't sleep because of
Hypertension
Lack of time
Or when the don't take their meal on time

 If you are sitting in front of computer all day... it is normal...
 you are not enough exercising, try to get tired!!!!gym would help you...
 try to avoid from stress (easy to say by words,but non of us could avoid it!)
 Take a shower before you go to bed....
 Try to keep away electronic devices from the room where you sleep...
 If these doesnt help.... Go to a doctor....:-)

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad


Start listening to documentaries on youtube and you will be asleep fast.

When I can not fall asleep, I do a round of workout. That does the trick for me.

Lessen the problems that your thinking, always eat on time, exercise evryday if this still continue go to the doctor cause you have sleeping disorder.

Don't sleep in day, stay awake as much as you can in the day-time. Then in night-time you  will be tired and easily get into the sleep.

It's Common thing I do to get this massive task done.

you must be relaxed and have no worrying thoughts at all. just find something that helps you to relax. maybe music or books? sometimes even a good meal makes you feel satisfied and sleepy

how old are you? Insomnia only happen with old person. I think you should not drink coffee, tea in the evening, beside you should light exercise before you go to bed this will do you easier sleep

try to drink coffee oftenly. it will make you better.

i recommend that go to the doctor for check up. or always keep your self busy for work everyday so that when the evening comes your already tired, thats the time that you can easily sleep.

I used to have same problem
it was mostly coz i was thinking too much!
then i started to tell to my mind shut the Fu.. off!
just try to think to not thinking to any thing!
completely nothing!
