Difficult to sleep one of them can also be caused due to dehydration body alias lack of fluids. Ideally we must consume at least 2 liters of water a day or 8 cups. The more consumption it will be better for health. If you rarely drink, the insomnia you experience is caused by lack of fluids. To overcome this, better consumption of water as much as possible, if necessary with milk.
I have never heard of insomnia treated with a huge amount of water. It happens that even when I drink coffee, sweet and strong, then I have a very good dream.

I was going to suggest valerian root or peppermint or lavender essential oil.  These all are supposed to help combat insomnia.

Maybe because you have an insomia , its hard to sleep when you had insomia. I also is getting hard to sleep sometimes at night , and i think i also had insomia , but to think it is only sometimes that i cannot sleep early, what i am gonna do before bedtime is , i will drink a glass of milk whenever i will go sleep at night. Drinking milk before sleeping is good , and i can say that it works on me .

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad

Insomnia is something I have suffered with for many years so I know your struggle, sadly there is no one size fits all solution, for me I find that trying to be active in the day time and ensuring I get enough melatonin is key, then I do little things such as reading before bed, drinking a warm drink, taking a shower. i also have a program called flux installed on my laptop that is very useful for moderating the level of light emitted. I wish you luck in your battle with sleep!

For you to be able to sleep tight, you should clear all your mind. Remove all the unncessary thoughts. Don't think to much. If you will do that, for the next day, you will just realize that you woke up so nice.

Good idea here would be to wake up like an hour earlier than you usually do. This magically helps me everytime. However, you may feel yourself a little off after doing that.

Get some exercise and wear yourself out Tongue.  If that doesn't work, a double shot of brandy should do it  Wink

Avoid technology, like phones, computers, or TV. Brightly lit screens can mislead your brain into thinking it's time to wake up. And anything that stimulates your brain — from a text conversation to a video game — also can kick your body into wake-up mode.

If you have trouble sleeping do things that make you tired or tired during the day, .. surely you will feel tired and listless at night and you will sleep easier, because you are exhausted with your activity during the day.

You should drink a glass of milk when you want to sleep. Milk effectively improves sleepiness and resentment during sleep. So try that way.

I think ypu should change how you spend your day. Proper body and mind conditioning is essential to achieving a healthy sleep pattern. Here are my suggestions
1. Avoid caffeine intake mid day to night. Caffeine is a stimulant.
2. Avoid exercise 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Adrenaline is released during exercise.
3. Read a good book before going to sleep
4. Use bed only to sleep.
5. Dim of turn off the lights in your room.

6.  Do not eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep.  Eating raises your body temperature.   Your body wants to be cool when it sleeps.
You can take sleeping pills as long as your not fully drained the energy you have , eating too much carbo helps you fall asleep faster.

Are you thinking of something that might bother the way your mind relax at night? If so, try to not think of it, and focus on soon things will get better. But if not, I think it is a disease, try searching your symptoms on internet, there are a lot of those kind of symptoms but choose the most appropriate on you and do some medications. But most common causes of sleeping disorder are depression and low blood pressure.  Smiley
