try to listen relaxation musics that will make your mind calm and maybe this can make you tired and sleepy

I am in similar position, im having problems with sleeping,my biorhythm and so on. But i found one way to "get my brain tired"... When i go to sleep i start counting from 999 to 0, and i only focus my brain on that, i dont let my thought fly away, i never dropped down less then 900, im fully asleep before that
i think this idea can help me to sleep .

you should use marjuana because marjuana bring sleep
marjuana  is not healthy bad advice best way to sleep is do hard work or spent long time with daily workout(sport) then you will see the different .

Great advice! As soon as I started going to the gym very tired. I was ready to sleep everywhere and always. Even standing  Grin

Try jogging or workout a few hours before your bedtime. I usually have my routine of shadow boxing, skipping rope and push-up.

I usually turn off the room lights when I'm going to sleep because of the light it sometimes made me glare and eye that does not rest with a total Smiley

I wonna guess you are posting from Australia. Try exercising a lot and eat well every evening. Probably some non alcoholic appetizers will be good since most suffering from insomnia do not have the appetite to eat well.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad

Same situation, every time i can't sleep i drink a milk and sometimes i read books to fell asleep.
