I find reading whitepaper is overkill for bounty campaign, but absolutely necessary if you planning to invest a good amount in ICO. I prefer one-page summary if available or ask some question on telegram group. You can spot a good project right away. The problem that you'll never be alone, hyped projects are so overcrowded! I cannot imagine reading every whitepaper in [ANN] thread to find out a gem.

Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.

Yes because it is necessary. It may really kills a lot of time but I think it's worth it because if you you didn't do that,it will kill your investment in your portfolio. Many investors get broke because they forgot to do their responsibility.

I haven't read the white paper seriously in most of the projects, and of course it's not a good habit. It's necessary to do a careful study of the items you want to buy before investing.

In my own experience, I never read even a single white papers in any ICOs and projects because I am too lazy on reading.
In fact, we can't spot good or bad or scam ICOs through reading their white papers and all the resources on the internet but instead I am checking straight to their Telegram Channels and other social media networks and communities.
For me in my personal view, reading white papers are such a waste of time.
I only read the whitepaper if I plan to invest in the project.  Otherwise, I just look through the website and read up on the information that is posted on there.  If I like what I see, I will read the whitepaper and then decide if I want to invest in the ICO or not.

Everyone before participating in a project must learn a lot about project information and including the whitepaper. So the whitepaper is what we will have to read first so that we can understand some of the necessary information about the project

These days most of the  Whitepapers looks like copy-paste or written by the same person. Regardless of that Whitepaper have to be read before investing in a project. Otherwise it is much more like a gambling.

Without reading it is very bad to consider the ICO, we have to follow them on each and every aspect of the ICO. In order to get more awareness about the project before investing.

I try to catch a glimpse at least. But in general, you can simply look at the ratings of projects and in general, often in frankly rotten projects, the chance to fall is reduced. Most likely there will be more deceivers = (

If you really want to invest in that ICO you should read the whitepaper. Its important. Teir you would see the information the projects of that particular ICO. It shows their the full details of the ICO that you are participating in. Well if not them you still can read it but not fully read. Just scan the details to know if it is good or not..

Sometimes I do read it but is really good to go through the whitepaper so as to know and understand what the project is all about and to know maybe the project is not a scam and also before you invest on any projects, you have to read the whitepaper so as not to be scam.

In my opinion white paper nowadays are pretty generic, although written professional generic information arent thay useful for deciding a validity of a project, roadmaps and how to GONNA manange their projects are simply a piece of promise that arent able to promisfy of course, still its a good indicate to determine whenever those projects knows what they are doing, some formula and realistic statistic might be really helpful, I do read if I wanna invest in some related field projects but if just a quick view I would rather just pass by their site

I have learned that it is necessary to read the Whitepaper. When you participate in a campaign without reading the Whitepaper, you don't know what you are investing in or what type of project is being promoted (in the case of social media). In the same way, that is not only necessary to read it, you must understand it or you will suffer when you have to create content. There is a lot of Scam, and that's because many Hunters don't read the whitepaper.

For me, whitapapers have really big importance.  It’s important to understand how each crypt works before investing any money.
To read and understand the whitepapers you can try to find the ICO's unique futures on it,  how it works, how to secure, and i  I'll look at the official video to know more about the ICO project wants to do
because I think this parts are the most important parts of a whitepaper.
