As experienced on past, the biggest part of major icos  rating websites, when is paid, is better not trust...

But as example, IcoDrops, on my research not receive any value to list a ICO, so aparently is a good website rating ico.

I do used ICO rating site to gather some information about their project. Where the project is aim on etc etc. Do their team a legit one or fake. It will save many time with this website and still I didn't trust their review about the projects cause nobody are perfect.

Trust rating is just like a review of the product. I don't rely that much on trust rating as they can be bias since most of them are being paid or sponsored by the ICO.

For example, its like a friend who was informing you on how cool a smartphone is but really need to know the specifications and do some research before buying it. Don't trust on words, rely on facts.

Yes and most of the times a lot of ico rating sites are paid by their sponsors and most of the reviews are not true or all of the reviews are infavor of the project they are sponsoring.

I do not completely trust it, before investing in ICO I usually read the official report, check the development team and check their media sites.

I am not going to trust in crypotcurrency because they are only coins. The price of the coins are not stable so not that many people will rely on it.

ICO Rating? I don't really believe it, because sometimes the ICO rating between A and B results differently. that doesn't mean I don't really believe, but I use ICO rating when I'm confused.  Wink

Yeah, they are sketchy at best, but when you see some confluence among multiple sites, that shows the project might actually really be legit

Seeing the ICO trip should not see the rating sites stated on the project's website because it all depends on the development team that makes a new idea to attract other people.

I often look at ICO rating sites. They evaluate the product itself. High ratings do not mean that ICO will be successful. Blaming ICO ratings is not worth it. In addition to sites for evaluating ICO, you need to evaluate your own opinion.

Ratings by ICO rating websites are sometimes not true because there are lot of ICOs that pay for good rating on those websites. They usually do that in order to sell their token during ICO.
Everyone is talking about it, but I'm sure there's still a fair rating, which does not accept money. Or accepts, but says that users of the site. And Yes, you are right. Most of the ratings purchased by developers in order to quickly raise money for development.

I use ICO Rating sites for knowing more about particular project. I can't say that I trust them at 100% but sometimes information may be very useful.

Not at all, but little bit on ICObench only and TrackICO. Well, for doing bounties, i always do it when it is listed on ICObench, but for investment i never take that risk. I just invest on the reference of coinmarketcap. Rest ICO rating sites is equal to total risk.
there are a lot of different sites and some peopel say it is bad but in my opinion there is nothing bad in it and you can trust them

They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.

With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?
i trust them as there can be differnt information on thrm but still it ks close to the truth more or less so i think youcan rely on such sites

Personally, I do not trust ICO trackers as I personally came across them. For most of them, only one thing is important - how much can you pay them money for hosting your project? This is another type of advertising and nothing more.
Fully support. Despite the fact that some people just copy the info and earn at the cutting face is all over the website.

I used to participate in projects where there were excellent ratings. in the end, most turned out to be scam. and projects with a low or medium rating were successful. so for me sites with a rating of complete nonsense. also saw an article about icobench about their price list where absolutely everything can be ordered

There are ICO rating sites that makes a complete research about the project and sometimes also personal interviews with the project members. You also have always to look if it is a paid listing or not. Some projects are paying to get a very good review. Thats why you also have to do research on ICO that you want to invest.

Just the information on such sites is most often reliable, however, the rating of a project may be purchased. Do not look for the ICO to invest on such sites. More precisely, we should not trust the rating that give the trackers. They can beat not correct or purchased.
there are some cases like that, because of that, investigate in all the information that can be obtained it's much better than just referring to someone's review that's what I did.
