Talon is continuing their win streak after beating TS and I think there’s a high chance that they can 2-0 Entity now if they continue having that kind of draft. 23Savage is unstoppable by using Sunder in creative way just to prolong the team fight.
They are still battling on map 2 but this one will be a clean sweep for Talon. Don't think TB has a chance against such a big burst that Talon has. TA and Zeus both on top of the network have more than enough damage to dispatch anybody.

Keeping my fingers crossed Liquid manages to keep the streak even with stand in. Hate it that there is no cash back on Sportsbet when we have eSports on the ticket.

Boxi is a good Pos 4 and we don’t know how the heck Jabbz play. But one thing is for sure that Micke and Nisha are monster on this league. They can beat the shit out of GG with the right draft for them.

I will still go for Liquid even without Boxi if there core will play the same since pos 4 can be compensated with a strong laning phase which Nisha is good in Midlane. They will find a way to win this match. Does this match belongs to a parlay bet of yours? This will surely gonna be sting in case Jabbz doesn’t full fill his role even on an average pos 4.

Who’s watching current match between Talon and Entity. Surprisingly Talon dominates Entity on the first map. Talon draft has a lot of control for having Batrider, Tiny and Treant at the same time they have a very chewy hero they get because they can stand on a team fight with DP Exo active.

Entity has no chance winning the game 2 for having that kind of draft. Even they have Blackhole, it’s still useless for the line up of Talon that has a lot of crowd control like cookie which definitely counter the perfect setup with one cookie on hero inside the blackhole. Tiny(Ava toss) - Zeus (Wrath/Lbolt) and Snapfire(Kisses) combo is enough to burst anyone not to mention how massive the damage of 23savage.

I think Talon has a chance to beat another team on the lower bracket to have very good lower bracket run. Q is owns tiny on both map.

We might see a closer upper-bracket final tomorrow as Team Liquid's coach posted on Twitter that Boxi won't be playing anymore due to a medical issue and their analyst Jabbz will be taking in the support role.

Damn I didnt know about this but I already took Team Liquid -1.5 few hours ago

I had my suspicion with this odds though but I thought that hey, its the upper bracket final on a Major so everything could happen in this game then proceed to take this bet. What a clown  Roll Eyes

Haha the announcement was quite early so yeah, it was rough. But anyway, the 4 of them plus the analyst can still put up a fight. Might not be a -1.5 in favor of Liquid but for sure they wouldn't be going down without a fight. The favorites also turned as a lot of bettors swayed towards GG as of the moment, with Team Liquid getting as low as 2.15 odds to win this matchup. Will be sneaking some $$$ towards Team Liquid win if the odds sways a little bit further towards GG side.

I had to reread this lol, I thought its the same Jabz that play pos 3 from Talon lol. Anyway I took over 2.5 maps on this game so now I need Entity to win the 2nd map to win this one

Despite winning the first map very comfortably, Imperial failed to win the match. With a 16-1 win on the map of their choice, they actually started both morale and the opponent was demoralized, but they could not win the other maps. They could not win on the Decider map despite going to overtime 3 times. Fallen had a good performance, but this performance was not enough for them to win.

i thought the match is for tomorrow lol.

I'd be going for -1.5 for Shopify Rebellion in here simply because they are well rested and had the chance to watch how EG plays and learn of some of the strategies they have used during their series with Team Aster. Favorites are SR right now but the -1.5 maps option is still juicy enough for the taking if you want some extra risks to take. I wouldn't call it SR win too early, but with the state of EG right now--drained and tired from the previous match--it's easier for me to favor SR. It will also add if Rtz gives us some more highlights during the day that favors their team to advance in the tournament.
That's old EG vs New EG. -1.5 on Shopify could be a bit risky as EG has crowd advantage and they are playing fairly well. RTZ has been looking good though and has had a fair few highlights(especially, his SF). Shopify vs EG starts in another 15 mins. Should be a great contest. Shopify should win it but it could be close.

Edit: Update on the previous match. Talon surprised Team Spirit and got themselves a comeback win after being down game 1 and were down in game 3 as well and it felt like it could be curtains for Talon but they made an impressive comeback. All the matches have been very entertaining. Some really good dota, even though the patch is very very old at this point and there's not much innovation left in it.

Many people before doubting the Team spirit after they lose in TI and right now they are showing a good record in this event, even though Torontokyo is not with them but still the new EG is the really new meta right now like as we expect from RTZ another game play that marked the whole career of the dota 2 what an aegis steal from this SF fear ultimate with a bkb snatch and TP out, this man never fails for a good carry if this time the new team SR have a chance to be part of the DPC for the next TI for sure game they can secure the top 4 again.

Damn, I already made a bet on Liquid to win the series before reading the news. Couldn't believe they were giving equal odds for this game ans snatched at the opportunity. Ah well, it is what it is, now the odds on Gladiators will continue to drop and it isn't even worth it to cover. If I could get yesterday odds I would play GG to win 1 map. That seems like a best play now but I missed my chance.

Doesn't matter, at least I got something on late matches yesterday. I was sure Talon has that third map after seeing the drafts but still was sweating quite a bit before they killed that TB for the first time.

Nice win! both matches, 3rd map got very sweaty. I thought Talon lost it as they were down quite a bit on gold difference in the 3rd game but they just looked better in team fight scenarios. I was hoping for EG to win but in the end, they just crumbled. They had played good dota until then but Shopify put up some great resistance and fight in the end. Just a bit too much for the SA team.

The back to back games might favor EG's momentum plus their crowd advantage, but I don't think it's enough if you're physically and mentally tired playing for hours straight with the highest pressure there is. Sound cues from the crowd might help EG, but I think SR can also use it to their advantage and rethink of their moves and let EG come to them. Overall, I weight SR's chances to move forward to be bigger than EG. Strat wise and meta wise, SR has it, while EG so far has won most of their matches through clutches. If they can't make it work, they're basically done for.

It's a sweet victory by Shopify Rebellion the former rosters of EG. Although fatigue of EG was probably a factor, SR was just chilling, waiting, and observing. Meanwhile, there are a lot of reports about how the crowd uses whistles trying to warn EG during smokes. Fly also observed it during EG's series with Aster. Good thing SR was able to figure it out so they secretly knew before their series with EG about the whistles. This major has a lot of negative feedback.

Meanwhile, the unfortunate absence of Boxi on Liquid made them the slight underdog against GG. I have my bet on GG and on SR too since it is only waiting, resting, and observing on the Talon vs Entity series.

The first match of the day in esl pro league is between Complexity-Imperial. The first map is inferno which Imperial chose. They are currently leading 7-0 and I think Imperial will be the winner of the match because they are the better team both as a team and in terms of experience.
The second match of the day will be between Furia and BIG. It is hard to predict the winner of this match but I think Furia is one step ahead. But big also has the potential to win. We can say that it is a match where simple mistakes and instant decisions will be effective.

I was about to point this out as well but I think one series won't be enough to shake EG off though since these pro players are used to playing several matches a day. And i'm hoping they'll win because I feel like whoever wins on the Talon vs Entity series would easily take care of SR if they're the ones to win the series.

Oh wow, Liquid had been looking unstoppable until now and I was expecting them to win this Major. Boxi is an integral part of the team and that does put wrench into the works now. Jabbz is a capable player for sure but Boxi is irreplaceable to be honest.

Placing a parlay on the favorites for the two EPL S17 matches today.
Won this parlay. FURIA vs Movistars was closer than I expected, especially on the first and second map.

Three matches on EPL S17 for tonight. No clear favourites here so it should be fun. I'm betting on Complexity, BIG, and SAW.

That's so unfortunate. TL has been cruising the major flawlessly so far. Looking forward to seeing how they will adapt and perform in their upcoming match.

Unlucky mate, EG takes game 1 in a convincing fashion. Gave no chance for Shopify for a comeback. Draft for game 2 is going on and at the moment, I'd say it favors EG for game 2 as well.

BIG was the winner of the BIG-SAW match. I have to say that they played better as a team. They deserved the match, but they struggled a bit on the overpass map of their choice. I think they saw with their own eyes that they need to work better. We can say that young awper hyped caught a good form. BIG rejuvenated the team and parted ways with syrson. It seems to have worked for now. Let's see how he will perform in the upcoming matches.

I almost thought we'll be seeing a third game because that second game should've been a win for SR but Team Liquid was able to hold on and stop their power spike during the 20+ mins mark.

With SR knocked down to the lower bracket it looks like we could possibly see a matchup between them and EG if they can beat Team Aster tomorrow.

They really will be matching as Team Aster have been beaten by EG but we don't need to wait until tomorrow as the match will happen after the series of Talon and Team Spirit. If you want to bet for that match guys, my tip is that Shopify Rebellion has got the upper hand on this match. Why?
Because Evil Geniuses just came from a tough 3 matches against Team Aster and that has probably drained their minds already. Whilst for SR, this is their only match for this day. I wonder why the scheduling is like that but well, since it's in the lower bracket, all of the favors and toughness are in there.

In the first match of the day, we watched movistar riders vs furia. Furia managed to defeat their opponent 2-1. The first map was the inferno map chosen by MR. Although they finished the first half ahead, they were defeated by eating a comeback. The second map was anubis. MR won the map that went into overtime. In the decider map, Furia was defeated with a superior performance and became the winner of the match.
