I don't think that Ethereum is better that Bitcoin, most people go with Ethereum cos to me it's user friendly and also because most ICOs use it but Bitcoin will always remain the undefeated king
bitcoin is still the best and the price is proof that it is the best and most popular, ethereum only acts as a plaform while bitcoin becomes digital gold so actually both are on a different path and cannot be compared so in my opinion to prove which is better is by see the price

Yes if you studied these technologies then you understand why Ethereum is better. Bitcoin is created just for the exchange, and Ethereum is a multiplatform project for various developments in the field of IT technologies, and it is a leader. 
Well I don't know. For me these are two extremely different coins. And both of them are good enough. I can't compare any of them

I don't think my thoughts will be too different from the thoughts of some members who have commented here, I don't agree if you say that ethereum will be better than Bitcoin. for whatever reason I do not agree.
I also supported what you said because despite what the crypto currency enthusiasm, the Quantum Physics astrologer prediction and the governments FUD statement bitcoin still came on top of all crypto currencies on capital. This proof that bitcoin is not just an ordinary crypto currency which anyone can just take merely in terms of potential, investment, trading etc. 
No one coin/token is better than bitcoin. All these projects are centralized and each project "prints" their money. Bitcoin is decentralized, has the largest community and supporters.
Proof of stake is not better protocol. It is completely diffrent. It is good that you can earn some toknes only for staking, you do not need to buy mining rigs and pay electricity.
Proof of work is probably more safe, if you have enough miners, but it is not environmentally friendly.

Agree, the fact that he is the king does not mean that he is the best, a huge merit in the first place that bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency, and what would happen if at the beginning there was Ethereum?

Ethereum has some features that is not found in the bitcoin blockchain like smart contracts and tokens and additionally, the Ethereum blockchain is much more scalable than the bitcoin blockchain.

Brian Kelly, the founder, and CEO of an investment firm focused on digital currencies BKCM LLC, believes that Ethereum will be a better investment than Bitcoin.
Brian Kelly, from his point of view, points out the following reasons:
👉1. Ethereum Futures Contracts
First, Kelly believes that Ethereal futures contracts or ETH Futures will soon be launched, as the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially decided that the Ether is not a security. This action has removed the biggest obstacle for Ethereum – The 2nd ranked coin in market capitalization to institutional investment.
However, what Kelly does not mention is that launching the Future Ethereum could more likely to pull down the price of this second-largest cryptocurrency rather than help it.
Since the launch of the Bitcoin futures contract, Bitcoin’s price has plummeted and many blamed the use of investment tools to manipulate the market for this decline.
👉2. Augur
Secondly, Kelly pointed out that the Augur platform was one of the main reasons for Ethereum's rapid growth when compared to Bitcoin.
As described by the analyst, " It’s a decentralized prediction market. What’s interesting about this [is that] this will probably be one of the biggest decentralized apps on top of Ethereum. If [augur] doesn’t slow the system down, that can generally be a positive for Ethereum."
👉3. Proof-of-Stake Protocol
Finally, Ethereum's upgrade from hardware mining to software mining will drive the continued growth of the cryptocurrency.
Ethereum creator - Vitalik Buterin, also recently explained that Ethereum's scalability improvements to the layer solutions will multiply one to another - improving the number of users that the system can handle, which increase the processing capacity of up to 1 million transactions per second.
However, this refers to the fact that Bitcoin and Ethereum are not fully competitive. Upgrading the Ethereum platform is likely to serve more of a rivalry between competitors like EOS, while Bitcoin will remain its top position in transferring and storing value.
