Sorry Dogie, I should have been more clear. I reset to factory defaults and went back in to setup the S1 back up to mine. My pool information is back in the device. I don't think it my settings, since my other two are working correctly.
The problem child is running at 38c, looking at the others it would have been running at 48c - so a consistent -10c. The fan you have is 103CFM and the one I've running 241CFM so the figures look about right.
Are you using that fan as a push fan and do you have a pull fan?

Thought I'd share a little something I've done with my S1's. Having a couple that were running warmer I installed the following fan as the push fan -

and reversed the stock fan so it acts as a pull fan. So far I've seen a -10c drop in temp (I have 3 with stock push fans and coolmaster pull fans for reference).
However these are quite noisy (even in the loft / roof space) so I've ordered a fan controller so hopefully they'll run slower (and therefore quieter) at night.
What is your problem child ant running now? I have one running at 50c. Im running these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835132022.
All other miners are around 44-47 with these running. It helps drop the temps by about 2-4%. Does that seem good or about right?
The fan is spinning now tho... thats all. Even the hashing light is completely out.
Of course it wont mine if you reset it to defaults, you need to find what IP its at, connect to you and set up your miner details.

FWIW my miners are stable wireless since setting WAN to DHCP. The requirement for a client router as posted on sushi reviews set up thread appears to be unnecessary for standard wifi applications.

No network IP conflicts, I assigned a static IP. What's the process for re-flashing the device?

Tried reflashing firmware? And tripple checking network settings (no conflicting IPs etc).

I have 3 AntMiners and I'm having a problem with one of them. It's less than 6 weeks old and for some reason it has stopped hashing. When I reboot the AntMiner the fan comes on for a second then stops. The hashing light does not come on. I can access the web gui for the AntMiner. I have tried to reboot it several times and changing mining pools. The S1 is connected to a RM850 power supply and it's the only thing on it.
Any suggestions?

By the off chance have you set both connections as static IPs, and the same IP?
The LAN IP addresses are set up manually and are static, distinct and addressed in a range below where my router hands out dynamic IP addresses.
Main router being an ASUS N16 running DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/08/12) mega firmware which should be irrelevant AFAIK.
For example miners are set 192.168.1.99 then 192.168.1.98 and so on down.
The DHCP server handles the wifi addresses which come in at 192.168.1.100 and up. DD-WRT is pretty good with allowing the use of static IP addresses in conjunction with the DHCP server as long as the addresses are outside of the range the DHCP server is instructed to use which is the case. I can see the dynamic wifi IP addresses it issued through my router GUI and everything appears fine in that regard. Bitmain uses Paragon Technologies for their network adapters all having a MAC Address of 20:59:A0:B2:xx:xx (xx being variable to address the specific device) so they are easily identifiable on the network.
I found a solution which solves the problem of wifi connecting without the Ethernet cable initially and allowing access to the GUI through wifi here:

Basically WAN has to also be set to DHCP. Resolving this was critical since if the connection dropped in my absence the units would sit idle until I ran an Ethernet cable over to get them to resume. Now from power up they will find my wifi connection and start mining.
Only downside is initially I had to log into my router to find them but as stated Antminer 's will show up as 20:59:A0:B2:xx:xx on your router. Once having those addresses, logging into them works perfectly.
If you ever resell them do everyone a favor and hit the reset to restore the static IP written on them for the next guy.

No point in ticking off Old School S1 owners who already have time and effort put into making/obtaining proper connectivity adapters and possibly purpose-made PSUs.Also, as far as fans go, they might be a little loud, but I've never had a better fan than my Panaflo 140CFM 120mm that I used to use on my watercool setup. They're speed controllable and bloody beasts! If I ever hit a thermal peak, those things revved up and cooled it right back down in seconds. They were amazing! I calculated that at 25% capacity in push/pull, they could evenly exchange the entire airspace contents of my sizable chassis in about 3 seconds. I've never owned fans as reliable as them, seeing as their original design was not for PCs but rather the cooling of industrial manufacturing equipment. Worth every penny at $15 each.

I just received a bunch Tuesday that all had the screw terminal + PCIe 6 pin molex...so yes they are still using the screw terminals. Unless perhaps that change was made this week
My "Chinese New Year" and later units have both. Maybe they ran out of connectors for awhile. Wouldn't surprise me.
No no that's just me not knowing what the most recent units have. I had a very early model and someone mentioned the new ones had PCI-Es so assumed the screw terminals had been removed.
