Healthy and proper nutrition is the key to success, even training will not always help to achieve success without nutrition. It's hard without snacks! I really understand you, I couldn't cope with this habit myself for many years. When I smoked I couldn't snack, but when I quit, snacking became my friend day and night. But I made friends with it due to the fact that I force myself to eat healthy foods during snack time. For example apples help me a lot, if it didn't help then it's easy: I eat a second apple until I feel full)
It helps me no matter what anyone says. Plus, I am constantly looking for sites on the Internet with healthy goodies. Which are not harmful to me and help keep my body satiated. So you can not fight snacking, but just control what you snack on.

Well I do know a couple of healthy diet tips that will not only be beneficial but also help you lose a couple of pounds of weight. One of the ways I like to get my day started is with a glass of cold water in the mornings.

I try to eat a light meal that will provide me with enough calories, protein, carbs, and vitamins A, B, and C. For example, make a milkshake with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries along with 2 egg whites, and 2 slices of wheat bread for breakfast.

By the time lunch comes around, get yourself a small salad with grilled chicken and fresh lemonade. Dinner time you are going to want something like steamed vegetables with spaghetti and meatballs. If you eat healthy you will feel great and amazing because of these diet tips that am sharing with you.

It’s important to keep a healthy diet, no matter what age you are. It becomes especially important as you get older though. What you are able to get away with in your 20’s is possibly not a good idea to continue in your 50’s & beyond.

Protein, vegetables, fruit, minimum carbs & lots of water is key.

I think it is very important to have a healthy diet.  I do my best to live a healthy lifestyle by trying to eat clean food which do not consist of any saturated fats or processed foods.
Most times I stay home and make my own food and leave out ingredients such as sugar and salt. I hardly use any other preservatives in my home cooked meals.
I try to limit my meat intake and eat a lot of vegetables or lean meats if I choose to have meat in my meal. Sometimes organic produce but it is more expensive so not as many as I wish I could.

You just have to eat fruits and vegetables while you are at work.
After you leave office, go for a 30 minutes walk or a run in the nearest part of your neighborhood. This would keep your body active even if you are sitting on a chair for a lot of hours.

Just think why you are working out for 3 times a week then eating snack. You are doing work out for nothing. You must dicipline yourself that you must do a diet so your workout will be more effective.

Base on what i see in some pages, there are good and healthy snacks. You must look for it too. Instead of stoping taking a snack. You can make replace for healthy once

It is also really important that you take some good supplements and vitamins for you

You are right but only vitamins do not keep our bodies healthy In addition to vitamins we need to take foods that are rich in nutrients and enhance our bodies such as the elimination of oily foods such as greens and fruits. And it's good to go to the gym to keep the body fit.

If you want a healthy diet, you need to avoid eating carbohydrates, such as pasta, bread, and sugars. You should avoid eating processed meats of all kinds and you should drink more water a day. Also, you should eat vegetables and fruits because they are full of natural fibers. Also, do not forget to eat protein, as it will motivate you to eat less.

The best is to ask a dietitian not random people on the forum if it's related to your diet and health.  Smiley

Currently, the Carnivore diet is booming. Probably because it's coming from the influencers. But it's always better to listen to the proffesional advices. OR at least to the experience of developed eating cultures. Take the Vietnamese for example and read a few of their websites on the weight-loss and you're going to be amazed by the amount of fresh data they can provide click here.

Postpartum abdominal fat is always a nuisance of most women after having passed. CARE WITH LOVE  introduces some of the following methods that will help you dispel unsatisfied fat tissue, regain a slim round 2.

I guess self control and drink lots of water, and sports.
I second this. Most (if not all) physical problems roots from mental aspects and gets cured by changing how you think.

All you have to do is eat regular meals after exercise, eat more protein-rich foods, do not eat large amounts, divide your meals during the day.
Eat plenty of fiber and water. And sports time systems
I suggest for you to enroll to a gym because even Im student and my time is not enough I can manage now because I work out only 40 minutes to 1 hour only everyday in gym and now Im healthy with combination of eating healthy foods.  But you can do jogging everymorning if you want but don't forget to eat vegetables and fruits.

The number of your meals during a day is irelevant as long as at the end of the day you have reached the required amount of calories and macro nutrients. You can eat 10 meals a day(wich is probably more unhealthy then it seems) or you can eat 1-2 large meals and you will get the same results because you have eaten the same amount of food during that day. Also it doesnt really matter if you eat them before or after excercise.
