In my opinion, a healthy diet is to eat foods that contain high nutrients such as eating vegetables and fruit a lot and menganti rice with carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes and cassava.

U can replace your snacks with fruits...especially ones you really love. That way, I will include fruits in your daily meal.

hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks
You can try OCD diet or Ketofastosis diet.
And remember, work out and enough sleep can help increase your metabolism.

I really want to lose my weight on a diet, I'm too overweight, my weight is now 75 kilograms, I want to slightly reduce it at least under 70 kilograms, but it is quite difficult because of my eating habits, although it can reduce meat consumption but around me many foods that contain high cholesterol such as fried foods, especially food containing vegetables is quite difficult to see, I just live alone, so can not cook for the diet, it is very inconvenient

This is the one i use

Enjoy  Grin

1.Drink water a half hour before meals.

2.Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list).

3.Drink coffee or tea.

4.Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.

5.Eat your food slowly.

6.Eat soluble fiber.

7.Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.

I think you should change your mindset to stay consistent in your diet. Surely must be balanced with regular exercise. When the temptation to eat comes, you have to remember how hard you exercise, maybe by thinking that way you will feel strong not to eat high carb foods.

If youu are planning to take supplement then forget it. It will end up destroying your normal body cell function

Join a gym for free hand and try to keep away from machineries. it becomes addiction and habit both

Ditch the carbs. I eat eggs, bacon, steak, fish, shrimp, cheeses, vegetables etc and no breads or potatoes and the weight is dropping off fast. I never feel hungry and eat good food. I have been doing this a few weeks and it was hard at first but I have zero desire for breads now.
