Just make sure that everything that you eat will be in moderation. You can have your favorite dessert but in its serving size only.

Healthy diet is obtained through nutrient food.Vitamins and minerals are essential for the body,it will restrict all the chronic diseases and the body will get a resistance power.I'm from a  fallen riders usa  fund scheme and we are motivating the students and the public for the essential of road safety and its precautions.Drivers should be alert by riding the vehicles so that accidents can be avoided.

When you ban certain foods, it’s natural to want those foods more, and then feel like a failure if you give in to temptation. Start by reducing portion sizes of unhealthy foods and not eating them as often. As you reduce your intake of unhealthy foods, you may find yourself craving them less or thinking of them as only occasional indulgences.

When cutting back on unhealthy foods in your diet, it’s important to replace them with healthy alternatives. Replacing dangerous trans fats with healthy fats (such as switching fried chicken for grilled salmon) will make a positive difference to your health. Switching animal fats for refined carbohydrates, though (such as switching your breakfast bacon for a donut), won’t lower your risk for heart disease or improve your mood.

Whatever your age or gender, it’s vital to include calcium-rich foods in your diet, limit those that deplete calcium, and get enough magnesium and vitamins D and K to help calcium do its job. Your body uses calcium to build healthy bones and teeth, keep them strong as you age, send messages through the nervous system, and regulate the heart’s rhythm. As well as leading to osteoporosis, not getting enough calcium in your diet can also contribute to anxiety, depression, and sleep difficulties.

Nuts, fatty fish, avocados and vegetable oils supply healthy unsaturated fats. Recent research suggests these foods, though high in calories, tend not to promote weight gain because they are satisfying. Still, it’s best to eat them in place of other high-calorie foods. For instance, substitute olive or canola oil for butter. Fatty fish helps reduce heart disease risks and has other benefits, largely because of its omega-3 polyunsaturated fats.

Not all the nutrients and other substances in foods that contribute to good health have been identified, so eating a wide assortment of foods helps ensure that you get all of the disease-fighting potential that foods offer. In addition, this will limit your exposure to any pesticides or toxic substances that may be present in a particular food.

Developing healthy eating habits isn’t as confusing or as restrictive as many people imagine. The essential steps are to eat mostly foods derived from plants—vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes (beans, peas, lentils)—and limit highly processed foods.

You need to force yourself not to eat whenever you want, but to try to eat in those moments when you need it or let it yourself determine, and over time the body will get used to and adjust - it's discipline!

there is no one best diet for everyone, but for 100% - eat green. If you are tired after eating - that means that you ate too much sugar (maybe pasta, potatoes or bread, fruits - not only sweets). If you are hungry quickly and need snacks - try to eat...more fat meat. Meat with vegetables, but without any pasta, potatoes, cheese etc... Only meat or fish with green vegetables. You have to listening to your body and decide what is healthy for you. Some people can eat cheese, milk etc but most adults can feel bad after this... This are only few tips, but the most important - think, what you eat and how you feel after it. Your body knows best what it needs (and it's not cakes and snaks Wink )
