hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks
The only thing that can help you is yourself, dieting is a mind and body control,if you cannot discipline yourself then who do you want to do for you?

Have you tried Keto diet? Check out these tips.

1. Restrict carbohydrates to 20 digestible grams per day or less – a strict low-carb or keto diet.
2. Restrict protein to moderate levels.
3. Eat enough fat to feel satisfied.
4. Avoid snacking when not hungry.
5. If necessary, add intermittent fasting. For example, skip breakfast and only eat during 8 hours of the day, fasting for 16 hours.
6. Add exercise – adding any kind of physical activity while on low carb can increase ketone levels moderately.
7. Sleep enough – for most people at least seven hours per night on average – and keep stress under control.

I recommend you make a self-cleaning diet, that is, take a day where you only eat pure fruits, 24h where you only eat fruits and water,
it is the best you can do, detoxify your body and at the same time taking care of substances such as sugars, salts artificial.

My weight now is exact to my heaight or it means it's normal my BMI or body mass index . I exercise 5 times a week to the gym.
Eat more vegetables and fruits and your weight will be normal. You do not need to forcing you to not to eat like intermetting fasting you will be healthy if you alwayd eat veggie and fruits.

Well before a diet, you must go to the doctor and do all the necessary exams, many times you need to de-worming the body,
and then a series of vitamins, after that you can determine what protein or what foods you can eat so that the results are efficient .

Developing healthy eating habits isn’t as confusing or as restrictive as many people imagine. The essential steps are to eat mostly foods derived from plants—vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes (such as beans and lentils), and nuts—and limit highly processed foods. If you eat animal foods, you can add in some dairy products, fish, poultry, and lean meat. Studies show that people who eat this way have a reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes, and possibly cancer and other chronic diseases.

Currently, the Carnivore diet is booming. Probably because it's coming from the influencers. But it's always better to listen to the proffesional advices. OR at least to the experience of developed eating cultures. Take the Vietnamese for example and read a few of their websites on the weight-loss and you're going to be amazed by the amount of fresh data they can provide click here.

A healthy diet is very broad topic but for me, as long as I exercise daily-I'll eat everything. You need to balance everything.

There are people who eat more, there are those who eat less. It depends on human physiology. I like to eat for example, but I keep myself under control. My favorite diet is periodic fasting.

my weakness is snacking too.

some things that help me snack less when i'm at work:

- drinking flavored tea or bubbly water (unsweetened) like La Croix
- brushing my teeth
- have a small coffee with no sugar
