hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

For Healthy diet you need to discipline your self about food you need to eat only a healty food like fruits vegestable dont eat to much fats sweets. You need to excersize everyday you can go to the gym.

A healthy diet that I do with consuming vegetables and fruits every meal is also added juice as a drink.

In a says,  heath is wealth. So,  to get good health, must be eaten healthy foods. Healthy diets are Vegetables, Fruits, Pulse, fish, milk etc. we get mineral & vitamin from vegetables and protein from fish, pulse. Those are healthy Diet.

I think we should not eat much outside, at home cooking will be so clean and quality.

I advise you to eat vegetables and fruits and daily exercise. Set a goal plan  if you really want to live healthy, motivations and strong self-discipline  is also need to do that things.

Healthy diet should be food which contains all the essential food nutrients. Your diet should also be planned in a three square meal taking notes of diet which you have a strong allergy and avoid them.

Healthy diet means eat good food not that food which can give you diseases in the long run like fast food or hotels food it is not good for health better to make food in home and cleaning all the things its good for health and it counts in a healthy diet.

Health diet is a diet comprises of all classes of food in their appropriate proportion. Our diet shouldn't be much of carbohydrates as it is in many parts of Africa. Little carbo with much protein and fruits

Be dedicated to what weight you want to achieve. Control your Calorie intake and burn extra calorie when you eat your favorite snacks.

I think that eating is not only healthy but also things like safe hygiene, many people in the world have contracted the disease because consumption is not guaranteed.

That's the problem with most of the people. Lack of discipline works against you in many ways.
Just eat more veggies and cut the snacks/sweets.

Please check before you start the meal to know if the food is of a quality or not, I think that many people will begin to cook for themselves.

Pick up a regimen and stick to it. Additionally cheat on your diet once in a while for motivation. A good diet consists of whole cereals, white meat and water. Avoid drugs. Simple as that.

try to lead a more lively lifestyle. do exercise, run in the morning. Do not eat before going to bed, and do not eat fast food.
