try to lead a more lively lifestyle. do exercise, run in the morning. Do not eat before going to bed, and do not eat fast food.

A healthy diet is not as simple as we think it is. It needs very storng discipline and self-control, you need to control yourself everytime you see a delicious food trying to persuade you to eat. One tip is to a healthy diet is to drink water as much as you can, nothing is better than water. Water and less food daily. Simple but hard to achieve.

There is always a choice, what to eat even if you are not at home. For example, to buy a hot dog and a banana. Or to take out of the house not a sandwich, but apples.
