First and foremost you must visit a dietrician for you to able to have a balance diet in your everyday meal ,, and learn from the experts. Having a healthy diet also requires self control in eating foods , and self discipline in order to have a healthy lifestyle. It is good to maintain your meal in a balance way and have a regular exercise everyday.

Quit rice. Just any leafy dishes, boiled egg and tuna is the best meal for me.

If you feel want like snacking, drink a glassful of water first. After drinking 15 minutes, if you still feel hungry means it's time to eat snacks. Bring water for easy drinking when thirsty. Take less food. Use a small bowl to eat less. Eat plenty of green vegetables.

I think we are the main one that is healthy for a healthy diet.The only vegetable is healthy food.We should drink plenty of pure water as well as vegetable.

The diet is simple: eat less meat, but more dairy products.
It's very healthy for the body.
This does not mean that you should not eat meat completely, just try to eat it less, at least a couple of months

When you think you're hungry, always drink a glass of water first. Then, wait 10 minutes. If you are still hungry, then eat. And always drink a glass of water before you eat a meal - you won't eat do much!

Mentioned this in a similar post. Dont sleep on chronometer dot com. Its a awsome website which you just fill in the foods you eat and the rest food you need can easily be googled and observed by google pictures like micro nutrients and stuff.

Choose vegetables or some fruits over fried fatty or sweet foods. Avoid junkfoods and energy drinks. Do not feel bad for turning down your free snacks. Bring your own healthy snacks. It is for you health. Sometimes, you can eat what you want once in a while.

being vegetarian and then vegan for over than 9 years and feeling myself alright. exclude the meal which deals with any living organism and start to feel yourself more healthy and get more energy our of nature

Early in the morning drink at least two glasses of water on empty stomach, then have your breakfast eat first fruits then have your regular breakfast. In between of regular meals consume at least 8 glasses of water, then on lunch eat meat vegetable and fruits and on dinner take small amount of food that os easy to digest.
