very easy to lose weight in just less than 3 weeks. I have proven myself my weight dropped 10kg. from 70kg to 60kg
 
this tips you can try
1. Active and moving
2. sports during the day. run at noon
3. Sit-ups and pushups
4. Reduce carbohydrates and increase protein
5. Avoid fast food

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

i also have the same problem, try to fix it but can't but dp you know what? i realise that exercise is the main thing at all, helps to lose your weight,  its difficult to lose weight apart from exercise

Diet for hypersensitive person as follow;
-Eat regularly and resist any urge to undereat.
-Base your diet around vegetables.
-Be sure to get plenty of healthy fats.
-If you need extra help balancing your blood sugar, take chlorella between meals.
-Steer clear of stimulants.
-If you’re feeling stressed, give yourself extra magnesium and B vitamins.

To lose weight you have to go the gym an execise and you eat vegetable and to lose  weight you have to follow a diet and count the calries..

A part from exercise, not eating the whole nevera would help too haha.

You have to nail your diet.

Write down everything you eat/drink, remember to add things like sugar/milk in tea or coffee.

Post it here after 7 days. Be honest....

Usually I exercise regularly and I reduce fatty foods and drink plenty of mineral water

How to lose weight in my opinion is:
- Run Morning and noon regularly.
- Reduce eating high fat foods.
- Do not eat at 10 o'clock at night, because by eating food over the hour 1o night fat will increase.
- Keep your diet regularly if you can replace dinner by eating apples.

Many ways to lose weight, everyone has his own way, if I myself avoid fatty foods like fried foods, frequent exercise every morning and afternoon, drink plenty of water and most importantly avoid dinner

How to lose weight is identical to the word diet. Yes, indeed to lose weight we must go through the process of dieting.
