Drink Mainly Water
A sports or energy drink, fruit smoothie, or light beer — each serving contains about 100 calories. Yet these beverages don't satisfy you the way 100 calories of food does, so they're a waste. Other liquids may be high in sodium and carbohydrates, which trick your body into retaining water, puffing you out. Water, on the other hand, has zero calories and carbs and little to no sodium, making it the perfect slim-down drink. And, strangely, it actually helps flush out excess water weight as well as jumpstart your metabolism.
If water is too boring, add lemon wedges or mint leaves using an infuser.

Try to consume less oily food or less fatty food..Instead try for food items which contains mostly fiber like raw vegetable or you can simply make vegetable salad and eat that.... Then consuming fresh fruit juices and reduce calories in your food intake by consuming proper diet....

I think the best way to lose wait is eat healthier and lesser because fats will burn and when you exercise you will aslo gain muscles and at the same time burn alot of fats.

Stop eating junk foods, fast food. And start to eat healthy food like fruits, vegetables. Go to the gym and start to lose ur weight.

There is this thing called "Intermittent fasting". The idea here is to consume almost all your calories in a short time window(8 hours maybe). You could fast all day with an energy drink or coffee, and then eat all night long. It doesn't matter what time you eat, as long as you consume less than you burn. Find out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and it'll take you to new places.

Apart from Exercise you must:

1. Drink lot of water for better digestion and weight loss
2. Try to have Green tea as it has got excellent antioxidants which can help you reduce weight
3. Try to have fibre rich foods over fatty foods. Google for fibre rich diet.
4. Consume less sugar.
5. Try Yoga
6. Try to include fresh fruit juices in your diet (optional in case you are not affected by any of those)
