You already loss too much and i think you can't go back anymore. The only option you got i think just hold hold your coin dude because if you want to sell now it's already loss to much, better you just wait and hope alts season will be back in the end of this year.

I think you can hold a portion and sell part, you can use the funds that you sell before to trade to reduce your losses.
