Yes in the year 2018 ethereum can reach 2k, although currently fall but I believe in the year 2018 ethereum can increase to 2k at the end of the year.

If Bitcoin will again rock the world of crypto, there is a possibility that ETH will also be benefitted but not as what they want it, I think 1K is reachable rather than 2k though prediction is limitless, but I know that a competition will arise if the said situation will come, some other good coins will also be in top pick, maybe if Bitcoin will surpass the 2017 ath record then 2k is obtainable.

I think ethereum reaching $ 2000 price will not happen by the end of this year. because seeing the price of all crypto currency today has decreased very much. especially on bitcoin. so the price of ethereum also fell. at the end of 2017, the price of ethereum increases as bitcoin prices rise high. thus affecting all crypto currencies. while today the bitcoin prices are falling.

I think it's perfectly possible, 2000 dollars is not a big number.

Me too, i hope that ether will hit at least $1k at the end of this year. Considering the bearish market that we have right now i don't think that ether will gonna hit $2k at the end of this year though we don't know what will happen in the future.

Prices of all Altcoins are related to BTC,when BTC goes up the same trend is shown by other and vice versa.right now the market is very low so it's not possible for ETH to reach this price.last year BTC grew to ever height of $19782,rest altcoins also increase.when BTC would lie between 25k-30k then ETH can achieve this price.

Are you by any chance living in a cave because the current price for ETH is $452.44 at the time im writing and $2000 that means more than 4 times of what we have now. It's not impossible but a bit optimistic, however if bitcoin gets pumped it can probably happen but the chance is slim.
But there's a chance that the price of ETH could spike when ETH totally changed from PoW to PoS so because people will be able to stake their ETH and people will too have the desire to buy more for the sake of staking their ETH.

Yeah, it "may" will be $2k in this year. i think you cannot predict the price of cryptocurrency.
It was not expected that bitcoin will be expensive like now. Some peoples says 2018 is the bad year for cryptocurrency.
But i still believe this year will be a good for crypto.
