I think this is the best time to invest. A good growth in the cryptocurrency market will begin after October. If you sell coins, it is better to do it in six months.
It Depends what altcoins you will gonna pick for now Because lot's of altcoins is rising for it's price and good condition to pick and to invest fo short term only.

That's right. When the red market is a good time to buy potential coin coins. But, before you buy the coin it is better to do research on the coin whether it is possible to increase. If you think the coin will reach its highest point, so you can buy it.
As for me, many prices for tokens are low, so you should start investing well. 
I think it's time for a gradual investment in the crypto. The market has recovered and are still waiting for the growth of cryptocurrency. It's very interesting how dramatically the rate of the crypto will grow.

YES! My opinion, this is the best time to invest in the ETH, RIPPLE, DEX, DASH, NEM, EOS, ECC. I hope these coins will be rise in this end of the month.
