I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

For me it is better to buy coins during ICO because this price is usually much lower than the price in the market. If you will buy at ICO price you have the bigger chance to earn huge profit rather than buying at the market when the price is usually high. This is happen when the ICO is successful but when the ICO does not meet the requirement of the project. Maybe you will lose some capitals.
First you have to fully be aware of its prons and cons every details and you should observe the current market before you take part in an ICO. Big bonus is given to the early bird investors but the risk of it is only by failing or malfunction of the system which been my experience in sone crowdfund. Some other will not give you profit even you get tge biggest bonus. I can say that its your own scan and trust a project before anything else.

Well it depends on the project. But mostly if its a new coins with a own blockchain, buying on ICO its the best price, because there are bonuses with their pre-sale or sale. And we can earn more money and i only join icos that based on my research are good.

I think that the choice - to buy coins on ICO or on the stock exchange, depends on the situation in the crypto-currency market.  Now it is obviously more profitable to buy on the stock exchange, as you see that all the coins go down with bitcoin.  And on ICO, the value of coins is much higher than on the exchange.

During the ICO there is an opportunity to get tokens cheaper, of course there is a risk. Just carefully choose an ICO by all the necessary criterias. I found an interesting project , based on the blockchain Vreo.io bitcointalk https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-mtc-token-sale-vreo-embedded-in-game-advertising-2886707. It provides new in-game advertising opportunities. Due to this, the user's interface continues to work stably without interrupting for advertising breaks.
I learned it well before joining and it seems to be a success

Yes, great team and they are very active in networking, as I saw.

I think it is better to buy during ICO as it is cheaper. And if goes to the exchange you will definitely benefit. As to the market, sometimes ICO goes to the exchange, but price of tokens do not rise, so it is not profitable.
It is good to buy during Ico because mostly offer bonuses once you invest. The most important all invest on the project that is worth of your money. Yes sometimes Ico after it is in the exchange price are down so better check which Ico can maintain the price in the market.

In these days under the market downtrend, ICO investments may not be profitable. But under the normal conditions, investments on good ICOs can create a huge return. Real problem is finding a good ICO. Need to do some hard research before invest on any ICO.

It is better to choose promising companies and buy during the ICO there are many bonus programs and the like. And if when entering the market coin will cost at least 1% more than the purchase, you are already in the black. And there are too many variables in the market and it is difficult and quite a different level.

First of all, it's only up to you to decide. But I can say that if you want to earn more profit then  you have to take higher risk and buy from ico or even pre- ico because you can get the token way cheaper that way, but there's risk of the price is bad when it get listed on exchange. The other way is to buy at market, the price already different from the ico but you can get it cheaper or more expensive according to the quality of the project. Personally I prefer to join the ico and take the risk because that way I can earn more money and I only join icos that based on my research are good.

Ico price is cheaper. However, buying during tho is a gamble. You are not sure yet if the prices will go up or you bought a useless coin.

ICO prices tend to be lower because it's the phase when the projects gains investors in order to push through with their projects. The project, although it has taken shape, it is still in a stage where it could still be changed and adjusted depending on the the amount of investment they get, but for other parts, pretty much everything is set. The coin that is supported by the project is also not in its full blown price, so it's cheaper, and so for investors, it's the best time to buy rather than buying it in its market stage where the value of the coin has already doubled or even tripled compared to its ICO value.

Until the end of time
At the moment most ICO are below their ICO prices, So if it is a really solid project, I will buy at the ICO but if it's not really solid project, I will wait for the market and buy even more on the exchanges below the ICO price, the truth is that we in ICO winter.

I dont think it always be the case. Some ICO had the price dropped as soon as it hits the market. While some other ICOs had their price went up and never reach its ICO price ever again. So I guess you cant just generalize it like that. To me it is pure luck, even good project has bad price
Usually good project has good price for its utility token, but at the end, it's still the devs and the project progression which make community value which coin have the real value and which is not. Buying in ICO stage will get you more coins but the disadvantage is that if you randomly putting your money over bad project you will ended up losing some of your money and forced to sell it at the bottom, so better beware.
