You need to do your research to figure out which coin will drop in price and which will skyrocket after ICO. Usually for good coins, the prices rise after ICO so no reason to sell unless you desperately need money.

That's why, when the token listed in exchange site the value of the token was drop readily 'cause of the bounty hunter, so i think for me its deppend because if you buy during the ICO you'll get their bonuses and if you believe the project, why not? I said that because many ICO's out there are scam.
