There are quality ICO that are not just doing well on paper alone. ICO like grain for instance is holding seminars and presenting it's idea to the investors and making sure they are on ground to make things happen. ICO like this should be invested into without doubt!
I've been searching for ICOs for a few days and there seems to be many cases of scams and hacks which kinda scares me. Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? The first one I looked at was Mossland's Whitepaper and they seemed good with solid community. Or should I just buy BTC or ETH? Any suggestions and ideas would be very helpful!
A lot of money was chasing the stock market today. The Dow closed up 669 points. It was just a lot more exciting than the crypto market. And the Twitter and Facebook crypto ad bans didn't help. Markets are fickle. There are a lot of places to invest money. People want a winner. The media's fear uncertainty and doubt about bitcoin is published daily. We're in a price slump. And people are worried about losing their money. Bitcoin is still amazing. Segwit. Lightning. Cheap transactions. A committed Core. But good public relations? We don't have that, and we need it.

It's not a good time to invest into ICOs, they rarely succeed. You shoud choose ICOs carefully. Not safe at all to invest in Ico because there are many scam Icos. Much better not to invest all in of your funds in ico to be sure. So better we should search the good ones to invest also you are rights once it is in the exchange price drops down right away so need to verify if good Ico. Still good time, but i think we should invest in private sale or high bonus time
Yea that sounds like key atm because you get the tokens for alot cheaper and make alot more even if it doesnt go up as high

Looking at the current state of the market, you can say that yes, now is a good time for investments. You can get a lot more tokens if you invest ETH in some kind of project, if you had dollars before. I am sure that soon all the currencies will go up, and if the project is especially truncated, you will earn good money.

That depends on the ICO because there are too much ICO's appearing now and it's hard task to find worthy one.
depends on what you are looking for. most ICOs are looking for quick cash grab and they are losing their popularity real quick right now. Most ICOs launched in february and march are getting dumped on exchanges. You need to do your researches and only invest in ICOs that stand out from the rest. It won't be easy to find them

there are alot of ICOs out there as of recent that have been around for a long time but just didnt have the funding to continue up until now.
Plus thats where alot of wall st. money is going into these days. I know of several ICOS that are legit and I personally invested in them because i believed in them and also they have an amazing team and are not cash grabs and acutally have a purpose in the blockchain and also are not overall ridiculous in terms of what there capabilities are.

The window for small investors to be able to participate in ICO's is closing. More and more, the quality ICO's are asking for 50 or 100 ETH minimums and holding private pre-sales for the wealthy. Little guys should get what they can while the getting is good.
