Amorim felt that his team was incompetent because they were lazy to fight and lacked motivation to achieve victory, this situation made it difficult for him to build a solid squad because there was no chemistry with the players. Amorim must be able to form a starting XI that has a mission to always achieve victory, he must utilize the January transfer market to bring in several players who are considered able to help the team out of the slump. He still has time to make Manchester United one of the teams that can compete in the top six, but he needs support from the team management.
It's very clear Amorim hinted his club was not running enough like what he expected. He has too many lazy players in his squad. His attackers were so damn lazy help in defending. Meanwhile his defenders are also too often made human errors. This is why i think he wanted players who can perform like an engine. 
It's obvious he's not satisfied with his current squad.
That's the correct point. Amorim has indicated that he's not feeling confident with the current squad and doesn't meet his expectation. He's signalling INEOS to give him actual transfer like what he wanted. He tried his best with the current squad, but too many mediocre players in the squad.
There are lots of changes have to be made to his current roster now. I'm doubting this can be done in a short time.
Does this indicate that Man United will be very active in the January transfer window? because if he doesn't get rid of some of those slackers then Amorim will just complain about the same thing over and over again. However, it is clearly not easy to release players to other clubs because the biggest problem is that they get big salaries at Manchester United, so they may not be willing to leave if the club that wants to sign them cannot meet their demands.
I was really shocked when Tottenham brought it to 2-0 in only 10 minutes. But it was such a strong mentality by Chelsea. Palmer scored both of them by penalties maybe but the second one was a lovely panenka. He is a big talent and I hope Chelsea manages to keep him at the team for long years.
Hazard's career didn't end well though. Hopefully Palmer stays away from injuries. By the way Chelsea are moving on with the 2nd position in the standings.
But the dedication by Chelsea players was great indeed. About Palmer's comparison to Hazard, yeah maybe it is still early for that. But his performance and taking responsibility since the day he joined just makes me very excited.
