Zidane is unemployed now, and that possible he will come more closer to MU. but off corse he needs a freedom to make decisions to choose the player, I don't know if he have does it, because when we look how strange the owner in managing the club, maybe zidane will think it again to take a job. Dismisal Alex as ambassador and director is an example if the owner a bit heavy-handed in managing the club, maybe there will be the negotiations between zidane and the owner to make solution to do not interfere too much in team.

True, there will be many players will coming and going to MU because Zidane is have more priority to consolidation team than technic and skill.

Will he be available for Man United? I used to read that Zidane didn't want to coach Man United, his target was to be with France. He wants to become the coach of the French National Team. Did he change his mind? Or is France still loyal to Didier Deschamps and he hasn't gotten his chance?
I think Zidane is good with Real Madrid, but I don't think with Man United will be good without player adjustments. So I agree Zidane should be given the freedom to shop in order to get the ideal player he wants if he is with Man United.

The latest candidate is Vincenzo Montella, but reportedly United is also trying to get Zidane to coach them. I'm not sure if that can be done or not. but if United succeeds in getting Zidane, I think they have to be ready to make changes to the squad, which means there will be players coming and going. Zidane will definitely ask the club specifically to bring in some star players. I'm not so sure, but the chances are probably small that United will be coached by Zidane.

I'm curious about your opinions on Nicolas Jackson by the way. What do you think about his future at Chelsea?  Huh

Honestly I have criticized him for a really long time and many other people also have done the same. But this season it started to seem like he is getting better. I mean 4 goals and 3 assists in 7 games is just impressive statistics. He is working more now but Palmer's role in this is really big though. He isn't a selfish player. As long as they keep Palmer I feel like Jackson will also continue to be productive. But I'm wondering whether Chelsea will still make a move for Osimhen anyway like it is rumoured...

After club legend John Mikel Obi publicly criticized him for not converting chances he had during the third and second fixtures, he didn't just made a response online but he also made a great response on the pitch which was both on and off the ball for them during the games against Bournemouth even that against West Ham United changed my mindset about him. But, Chelsea fans demands nothing but consistency from him and even of he is not scoring, he should try to create chances as a player and make his side much productive. I'm not sure he'll thrive in a Virgil van Dijk and Konate defense combination against Liverpool though. Osimhen to Chelsea still peng news.
I’m not going to lie, Nicolas Jackson’s performance improved after the criticisms from Mikel Obi. I think their agreement was “I score goals every week and you keep quiet about me” sort of thing. Jackson did shut Mikel Obi up for a little while but his performance has dropped again and as January window draws closer, talks of Chelsea needing a new striker are starting again. I believe Enzo Maresca is still interested in signing Victor Osimhen, the problem is will Chelsea be able to make an offer that will appeal to the player.

Do you think this decision by the club executives are right or a wrong move?
Will Sir Alex Ferguson stepping down as ambassador bring down the history he has with Manchester United? Will the trophies and medals won be retrieved? C'mon man, he'll be 86 years old by 25th or 26th December, I don't see nothing wrong with him stepping down as ambassador, it has nothing to disrespect.
Not at all. Sir Alex Ferguson and Man United are two things that are already attached and united, like, they can't be separated. Whether he wants to be an ambassador or not, it won't matter. In fact, we are much more familiar and aware, or more attached to Ferguson than the owner of Man United. We will all respect and remember him, history will not be easily erased. And Sir Alex Ferguson remains a legend of Man United.

Source: 𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗨𝗧𝗗 𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

Man United has a reason related to the cost they have to spend for Sir Alex Ferguson as the club brand ambassador. And that is what is being discussed because they are in the process of cutting expenses. Every decision will definitely have pluses and minuses, and will invite pros and cons.

I also wonder why Manchester United still keep Erik ten Hag because after all, the reality is that Erik ten Hag only succeeded in his first season at least making Manchester United able to compete in the top four. But after his first season passed, the reality is that Erik ten Hag is no longer able to make Manchester United in the top four or even to make Manchester United in the top zone it looks difficult for Erik ten Hag.
Perhaps, Erik ten Hag's success in making Manchester United beat Manchester City in the FA Cup final last season, to finally make Manchester United still give Erik ten Hag confidence and time this season. But unfortunately, it looks like Erika ten Hag actually failed to take advantage of the trust and time  that has been given this season. But even so, Manchester United are likely to keep Erik ten Hag until the end of this season. So yes, let's just look forward to the final result later, whether Manchester United will finish in a good position, or will still get another trophy or fail miserably, it's interesting to look forward to.
I actually agree if Ten Hag is replaced immediately. Although United has appeared with some improved performances, this season they are really bad. Ten Hag really deserves to be replaced.
But see the process experienced by United in several years that have made several changes of coaches but none have been able to make United's performance stable. United has changed coaches only in the short term. maybe they want to keep Ten Hag for a longer time to stabilize the performance of the players chosen. building United must not be easy for any coach. but United's current performance should not be tolerated. maybe if United were in the top 5 or 6, many would still be able to understand Ten Hag's difficulties. but now they are in 14th position in the standings. of course, many are cursing him.

Manchester United have no choice but to sack the Ten Hag at the moment. Manchester United management might have hoped that Ten Hag would change his match strategy this season and Manchester United's performance would stabilize a bit. But Manchester United's match strategy is even weaker this season. I don't know what match strategy this team plays. The performance of this group is very strange.

Manchester United team is on the 14th place in the points table. Won only 2 out of 7 matches. This team is performing very badly. So ten Hag should be sacked by Manchester United. I look forward to seeing who will be the next coach of Manchester United.
The team doesn’t trust Erik Ten Hag. When ETH is talking at press conferences, you can tell that he doesn’t believe that the players can win games. Erik Ten Hag lacks that mentality that great managers like Jose Mourinho have. In Mourinho’s first season in Chelsea, he told everyone that his players Drogba, Lampard, Terry were the best in the world. Hearing those words from a manager is the most powerful feeling and boost any player can ask for. It is up to Manchester United if they are willing to continue as a mid table club or climb back the ranks with a new manager taking charge.

That's what many fans are waiting for. United must make a decision soon if they don't want this season to end badly. there are rumors that the dismissal could happen this weekend. maybe this week's match for United. regardless of the result whether win or lose, maybe if United has found a replacement, Ten Hag will really be fired.

The latest candidate is Vincenzo Montella, but reportedly United is also trying to get Zidane to coach them. It's been recently reported that Manchester United co-owners INEOS have decided to end Sir Alex Ferguson's lucrative contract as the club's ambassador. In the report, the Scot will step down from his current role at the club at the end of the season. This new development have drawn different opinions from the public but some of the legends of the club aren't happy that Sir Alex Ferguson will be step down from his role with some believing that he deserves to remain as the club's ambassador till death because of what he achieved as the club's manager. Do you think this decision by the club executives are right or a wrong move?

I think this news might have been blown out of proportion. Alex Ferguson was getting £2.165 million (~$2.82m) for his role as the clubs ambassador, but we all know at the age of 82, he's not very active in actually undertaking any promotional activities. It's possible that the club and Alex mutually agreed to terminate that contract.
What he was getting paid was around the average salary of Premier League players, and knowing Man United are not doing very well and there's a big chance they won't qualify for any European cups next season and will likely lose a lot of revenue from merchandise sales, they can't really afford to be throwing money around and need to start looking for savings.

Alex Ferguson will still remain as a non-executive director of the club, and he probably doesn't really need any more money than he already has.

There are only a few days left for the Liverpool - Chelsea game. I'm excited already.  Roll Eyes

As I've indicated before, I'm a Chelsea fan in the PL. I've waited so long until this moment honestly. For years they have had a terrible run and really bad finishes. But finally this season is different!

Palmer is again at the top of his work. But this time they are playing impressive as a team also. Here in this game I think they have a chance to beat Liverpool too. I think it is a sensible risk to take by odds like 4.50.  Smiley  It is only a fun bet I mean. It isn't a too low possibility to happen also but a really tough job while Arne Slot has also started strong.

The true Chelsea fan would mint to take such a risky bet for their favorite team. I admit Chelsea did pretty well under their new manager, Maresca. They have high productivity, which is impressive. But, I'm worried about their defense. Liverpool plays a high press like them. If they miss the ball, they risk a fast counter-attack from their opponent. This will be a very interesting game to watch. They have an advantage since their opponent will miss the main goalie.

Chelsea's odds is very tempting to bet. They have the same chance to win the away game against Liverpool. The most interesting part is that they rarely lose away games. It's also very possible to see a draw as the result.

The arrival of Ten hag has seen the team go down they are not even see as an opposition to any team in the league because they are not sure of themselves anymore, I believe if Ten hag is out of the team a new manager will definitely be better than him.

Many of us think the same, in fact I don't know how they manage to keep a Ten Hag who has not contributed anything, well at least not in the last 4 seasons, where nothing good has been seen for the MU, that's a fact, however they have faith in him, but I think that the MU fans had better not expect anything good at least this season to see if they let themselves be surprised, sometimes things can be difficult to understand, but I think everything fits because of the lack of money, because I consider that if they leave him it's because they don't have much money to get rid of him and buy a coach, who at this moment I think that anyone can be better than him.

This is an act of disrespect to the club and the legends that have represented the club in the past and I don't think this will go down well with the club's hierarchy. Sir Alex Ferguson has been a symbol for Manchester United for several decades, he is one the reasons behind the club's success, during his era as coach he won several laurels including the prestigious uefa champions League trophy twice and has been actively involved in most of the decisions that were taken to ensure the smooth running of the club even after retirement, hence it is expected that his role as an ambassador for Manchester United shouldn't be terminated considering sir Alex Ferguson's years of service to the club which in my own opinion is an act of rebellion.
The decision to terminate Ferguson contract as a club ambassador is a very sensitive and controversial move, so I think it is precisely now that they no longer respect him as someone who once led Manchester United to the pinnacle of glory, not only Manchester fans and legends who regret their club treatment of Ferguson at the moment but criticism also arise from many parties, ferguson is not only a legendary manager, but also a symbol of the club glory era, so terminating his contract could be seen as a move that would not appreciate his legacy and outstanding contributions over the years, perhaps INEOS has a business point of view for the sack, however, they should also to see from emotional and historical perspective on how Ferguson gave his entire life during this time to Manchester United.

I think it would totally be a wrong move.  Sad  Alex Ferguson is a legend for Manchester United. He has won everything and I can't even count the number of titles he achieved. 13 times Premier League champion, just unbelievable...

Therefore he doesn't deserve to be treated like that. He should stay at the team lifelong. I wish he was still young now. He could have still been able to manage this team.  Roll Eyes  Anyways, he should remain to be the team ambassador. I can't imagine how much he is hurt with seeing the team in this condition. But it must still be a passion for him to watch them no matter what. I don't see him missing any games.

This is a time for Manchester United to change completely, all the legends will stop backing any affairs in the club and it will give any manager peace of mind to do his job because the legends do contribute to the pressure some of the managers that coached Manchester United do face which is contributing to the team’s inconsistent performance.

Although, I am also not happy with the decision the management took about Sir Alex Ferguson, but it will save the team some money and the team can be able to take another dimension for betterment of them selves and it will allow some coaches that will be willing to come in to coach the club to show interest since they will not have any well known monitoring staff to supervise their job and control them.

He has done a great deal for the club Manchester United and that'll forever be known by the next generations. Well, they should also look into terminating contract of players haven't been consistent for the club like Luke Shaw. I don't see nothing wrong with this. Club Legend like Eric Cantona has frowned upon the decision taken by the new football bodies of Man Utd.

He became one of the club's legends, whether he remains in his position as a club ambassador or not, all fans will still remember him as a legend and made this club experience its glory days, and he will also continue to support Manchester United even though he does not have any role in the club. Moreover, in my opinion, the position of club ambassador is not a very important thing or has the power to change the club, so this news will not make Manchester United worse or vice versa because their problems are how to change this team to be better not changing in the staff positions.

As much as this sounds bad to the fans and legends of the club, I think it could be the source of the failure of the club as all managers remain in his shadow with him sitting on the other side of the table which affects the general performance of the club...and btw was watching this on Sky sports the other day and one of the reasons that came up was cost cutting and it was valid because the Man is drawing 2million Dollars per annum just to show up at the club Roll Eyes and this alone is financial pressure for a struggling club !!!

We saw how Jackson missed so many chances in their match against Brighton. If Jackson was able to score some chances he had in the second half of the match, then Chelsea would have scored more than 4 goals in the match, but Jackson missed all, which is really bad for a striker. If not for Palmer, who was able to score four goals in the match, Chelsea might not have won the match.
Even his statistic is good but Jackson is still inconsistent on every match, some people think he as an Pogba incarnation, but when I look how his performance, I think it's far away from best attacker. I agree with you said, he is still young which still need hours flight on Chelsea, he still needs guidance from senior to sharp his oppoturnuty. He is also vulnerable to benched, he look ineffective in taking advantage when compare It with haaland. Now, Chelsea have Nkunku who has recovered from injury so there will be many choices to fill the front line beside him.
