I admit that Ten Hag has not given a positive impact in the last 3 seasons but sometimes a coach really needs time to be able to improve the team's performance and bring Man United to a higher level.

Maybe the official compared with another club which have the same problem with coach. Yes, I agree to management big club like MU is not instant, the coach need much time to managed team to be solid. If they fired ten haq today, and recruit new coach that make teams will start again from the beginning and the possibility a new coach will make a new mistake then the official will repeat again to fired a new coach and recruit a new coach again, so on.
