Manchester United's last win was against Manchester City after which they have lost four games in a row. Manchester United's performance at the start of the change of manager made every United supporter see a renewed interest in their team, but now the team is back to its former form.
Everybody Manchester United supporters was very happy when they see that their performance has improved after sacked their former manager, and a moment they bring new manager their performance definitely changes into the better. Because even their last match against Manchester City was very surprised game for everyone when they see that Man City lose to Man united.

But is now I realized that’s is not the only the bad manager that is Manchester United problem, there also have their own side effects, if not there performances not supposed get back to the former form, after all their fans much interest for them; but the only thing that i observe with them is that: there lack of inconsistency that’s what is preventing them from moving forward.
Now, they are struggling to far away from the degradation zone, many people expect that Amorim can bring the squad could be better than Ten Hag, but in reality Amorim instead making MU even worse than before. I admit it takes a long time to fix the team who have problem with squad on the past, but time is running out, Amorim must make quite a breakthrough to make MU better than today.

Amorim still stands on his principles, he keeps doing the game scheme that he built. I think he should change that as soon as possible if still want continue to train MU on future.

Are people seriously getting excited about Liverpool Vs Man United this Sunday?
United is still a big brand with a rich history, but you're only as good as your recent performance and, currently, Man United are below-average.

There will definitely be a lot of people who are excited about this match because after all this is a derby where rivalry and prestige are at stake even though currently the condition of Manchester United is contrary to Liverpool but in the end in a big match like this, of course we know that there is indeed a sense where no one will want to give up just like that especially since this is not a match that is only limited to collecting points but also great prestige.

So in the end there is hope that this match will be more interesting to wait for. But it cannot be denied that for now Liverpool's probability is still far greater than Manchester United, because apart from those who have better consistency in this match will also be at Anfield where they will be at home with the majority of great support from fans so surely Liverpool will be more trying to get glory because apart from the prestige they get these points will also be able to make them comfortable at the top of the standings.

Yes, Arsenal's game was not good enough in today's match, they were so overwhelmed at the beginning because the hosts were able to play a good game,
Arsenal also looked shaky because they knew they were starting such an important game without an important player like Saka. Their confidence improved and became better immediately they were about to score a goal. Against Brighton, It will be another tough games against a Brighton team that are not so easy to beat. I think maybe Nwaneri will not start as he did today even though he played well today. Arteta may maybe be interested in having some more experience from the start and may choose Trossard to start at the left and free up the opportunity for Martinelli to play from the right.

The team's stats under Amorim's lead are far from satisfying. 8 Premier League games total: 2 wins, 1 draw and 5 losses. That's an average of 0.9 points per game. They've lost 3 games in a row.

It's going to be a walk in the park for Liverpool and the bookies know it. The odds for Liverpool winning are x1.24, while for United it's x9.50.

Goodnight, o_e_l_e_o 🌹
Arsenal has been providing a different pleasure in the league for three years, they show great matches, great games. They can't continue but even if they have continued this beauty for a long time, they have always failed before, Liverpool is in a very good place this season. Arsenal managed to win three points away from Brentford in a great way.

Brentford took the lead with the goal scored by Mbeumo in the early minutes of the match. Arsenal would continue the match away and one goal behind. It didn't matter, they took the game from Brentford in the later minutes and Arsenal never let go. Gabriel Jesus did a lot in this match, he played a very good match.
This season, Arsenal played so tiring as if they were able to win the EPL two consecutive times. I had to remind them that they need to continue fighting because they have not won. Fighting very well for it doesn't mean you have won it. When Arteta understood that no matter how well you play as a team, there must be an evidence of your good football which is titles and trophies won. So, if a team has not won these titles yet, they should not feel relaxed for any reason.

Nice win for Arsenal and congrats to the gunners for getting their first win in the New Year against Brentford coming back from a goal down was not easy as they forth back from behind to win today's match arsenal indeed has great potential and can become even league champions but to me arsenal is actually the sleeping lion of the premier League as every season they fall below expectation of their fans and even follower's

I was so impressed to see Arsenal's performance in this match. Seriously, they did very well. Brentford was playing at home, but still Arsenal won 3-1. However, as you said, as a fan, I’m also expecting Arsenal to put in more pressure to get to the top of the table ahead of Liverpool, but Liverpool is far behind Arsenal up till now. Jokes aside, I'm happy to see Arsenal at the top of the league. Let's see what is going to happen, because there is still a lot to do. The season is just getting tough; we need to wait to see more of what they will do.
Arsenal are comfortably at the second position. Arsenal played well against brentford today, I never expected such a good performance from Arsenal, but they were able to get three points in today’s match. Arsenal played against Brentford today, and we all know that Brentford is a team which no one is suppose to underestimate, I expected them to give Arsenal a difficult moment in the match, but the match was not so difficult for Arsenal to win.

No matter the pressure that Arsenal put, it’s going to be difficult for them to take over the first position from Liverpool, because the more Arsenal keeps on putting pressure, then Liverpool will also be putting pressure in their matches, so taking over the first position is just what I think that Arsenal won’t be able to achieve.

A very chaotic game today between Brentford and Arsenal, but despite a bad start, the Gunners are going home with 3 points and they jumped back up to the 2nd place overtaking Nottm Forest.
Arsenal might have to play better than they did today to win their next game against Brighton (away). Brighton have only lost 4 league games this season and they would be ranked higher if not for a large number of draws being 9, which is the highest in Premier League. I think a split of points is quite likely. Betting on a draw you can get x3.80, betting on Arsenal to win x1.80.
Yes, Arsenal's game was not good enough in today's match, they were so overwhelmed at the beginning because the hosts were able to play a good game, but since the score became 1-1 Arsenal was able to control the style of play and was able to dominate the course of the match in this match. The upcoming matches will certainly be a tough test for Arsenal because there are many strong teams that are their opponents. If they are unable to maintain their best form, Arsenal will find it difficult to maintain their 2nd position.

Nottingham Forest is certainly a surprise team this season, they performed well with consecutive wins. Even so, the 2nd to 5th positions have close points so if one team loses points, The other team will quickly overtake their ranking. Chelsea also had bad luck, they could not perform well to maintain their ranking.

I can't wait for the Liverpool - Manchester United game this Sunday.  Roll Eyes  Amorim is going to have another challenging test. It must be really tiresome for him to try to handle a team in crisis. I don't believe they can steal any point against such an in-form Liverpool.
Actually I expect a tight match for this because after all Mancehster United and Liverpool are big clubs with a strong red rivalry but indeed I don't want to expect more for Manchester United in this match even though their chance is still there but when looking at the record they have at the moment honestly I'm not too sure that this can be tight.

But on the other hand, the chance is still there and when looking at how Manchester United face big clubs or big matches sometimes it is always a different match for them so hopefully for the match later Amorim can put a good scheme so that this match becomes very worthy of being said big match.
But when talking about betting I am still more inclined to Liverpool it seems to be able to get 3 points in this match.

Since the manager took over at Manchester United in the middle of the season, at least this time there is no chance to prove the manager's skills wrong. Even if Manchester United's performance is bad, they have to wait until the next transfer window, if they are good, they still have to wait until the next transfer window.
Because in the upcoming transfer season, Manchester United will definitely sell more players and buy more players, and if the team performs poorly in the next season, the entire responsibility will fall on the current manager of the team.
For me, Manchester United really needs time, fans' patience and also fans' support for the coach and for the players. Also they need a big change in their squad, there needs to be encouragement from quality players to achieve more perfect results.

Some players no longer have the spirit, they tend to be inconsistent on the field, that's what has had a bad impact on them this season. Changing coaches is nothing new at Manchester United because many coaches have been brought in but have not been able to bring Manchester United to become champions. So give Amorim time, he will be able to bring something more valuable to the team in the future. The current focus is of course on improving in the winter transfer market.

Arsenal have started a good form again recently. But they still need to do better than this to call them as the best team statistically. Because Liverpool are still unstoppable in the Premier League. Smiley But today I must admit a thing that Arsenal were really impressive. Brentford were one of the best home teams before this match. After seeing them get ahead first here as well I thought it was going to be a really difficult match for Arsenal. However they won by 3-1 with a really great comeback. Arteta is chasing the dream again but Liverpool is a very tough opponent.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
I admit that Arsenal is also the best team in the English league

Based on what?

They are 6 points behind Liverpool with one game more played and they haven’t won the PL for 20 years. They also have 0 CL trophies.
How is Arsenal the best team?;
What are your criteria;
Based on the past, 0%;
Based on their performance this season, poor compared to last season and season before last.
Based on current form, they aren't better than Liverpool and Nottingham Forest is better than them;
What are your criteria for saying they are the best.

Arsenal easily defeated Brentford, an in-form team in recent weeks. Brentford started the match effectively. Although Mbeumo scored the goal in the 9th minute, they could not prevent Gabriel Jesus' goal in the 29th minute of the match and the match ended 1-1 and the first half ended with this score.

Arsenal started the second half very effectively and made the score 1-2 in the 50th minute and 1-3 in the 53rd minute and the match ended 1-3.
Arsenal increased its points to 39 with this victory and reduced the point gap with Liverpool to six with a game more. Arsenal is in great form right now but time will tell us if it can close the point gap with Liverpool with this form.

Today's Arsenal win against Brentford was inevitable especially that teams like Nottingham Forest are challenging for a top 4 finish and temporary went on top of them...but looking at how our so called big teams have been dropping points of late, I was expecting them to drop points today especially that they were playing away from home and possibly players were in celebration mode with all the new years parties going on...well played gunners hope you catch Liverpool  Tongue
What makes Arsenal victory inevitable? Is that Arsenal in real time not bigger than Brentford or can't beat Brentford? or is based on head to head encounter or has Arsenal form dropped to that extent, because the last time I checked Arsenal is second in the premier league table and currently 6 points behind league leaders Liverpool,  so I don't understand the angle at which you are talking from, and besides Brentford isn't a big name team in that matter,  this shouldn't in any way come as a surprise,  it a normal thing that Arsenal is ahead of Brentford and can beat them for most their encounter.

Arsenal does not like to leave things to chance, as it has been a mistake they have made many times before. Their opponent scored the first goal, but Arsenal managed to respond before the end of the first half. Since they constantly think about attacking, Arsenal can easily score even if the opponent scores. For the reasons you mentioned, there was a possibility that the big teams would lose points due to the new year, but Arsenal never lost their seriousness and managed to win.

Teams can become complacent in the last matches of the year and potentially lose points. I think there can be surprise results in many matches in the Premier League. If Arsenal wants to win this race, they should not lose points in such weeks.

Also considering that Brentford started the match with the opening goal by Byan Mbeuma just about 13 minutes to the first half of the game made it more interesting to see. The goal that was scored by Mbeuma was simply a nice shot to win at the 18 yard box and it also showed how the players understood their pitch at the Brentford Community Stadium. Nonetheless, I was super impressed by the swift header goal scored by Jesus at around 29 minutes during the first half. That equalizer was the morale booster for the Gunners.

Second half saw Arsenal playing some fast games to push in goals at every opportunity offered to them with Merino hitting the nets on a single touch at around 50th minute of the second half and Martinelli completing the goals with a strong shot to the net after controlling the ball from the Brentford defender who headed the ball out. Mikel Arteta is indeed one of the managers you can strongly rely on this season with this first win of the year, Arsenal got some solid 3 points as they work towards closing the gaps with Liverpool.
