What you need to do is send them an email with all S9k order numbers and attach a copy of the Email they sent ( the one quoted above) and you will get the credit, if you have a pending payment it will be automatically deducted, if not, then try to place a new order and you will see price drop.

Also, I do not use PayPal as it is highly restricted in my country, so that is not a good option for me.
They will either have to refund me or they will have to deduct that amount from next BTC order that I make.
I will fight for refund as long as I can!

I am on the road and will be home later today. When i get home i will review my notes on my pc.
i will post here and update. i will also contact them and ask for updates.

Truly frustrated on this. as i am not only waiting on my 114.
i am waiting on my 865 and two late units of gear. now nine days late. 100 th at 9 days is

The language in the pre-order listings on the website does not mention refund as an option, so I'm not too surprised.

From the Dec. S17 pre-order listing:

It looks like getting this credit applied is going to be a mess. They have no automated way of applying the credits, so you need to place a Paypal order, email them or open a support ticket, then wait for someone to manually apply it to your order.

Was in a similar boat, would have used the credit + coupon on s17+ (hydro is costly for me )
I asked about it politely and followed up wanted to place an order but they sometimes get back to you in a days sometimes in 4 and sometimes never
Since then the s17+ sold out, January batch no longer there either sold the coupons and I’m not interested in any of their current offerings for my own personal situation maybe the s17pro is tempting
But with no clear refund or credit or whatnot I gotta sit it out vs buy more gear ....

2x s9k don’t have my refund or credit.

i have purchased

2x t17e- late 8 days and they need a 865 adjustment.

1x t17 - not due to ship this generated a 150 coupon

1x s17 - shipped arrived and it generated a 683 coupon
1x s17pro - shipped arrived and it generated a 368 coupon used the 150 coupon here

1x s17pro - shipped arrived and i used the 683 coupon
1x s17pro - waiting for it to ship and i used the 368 coupon

1x t17+ not due to ship i used a 375 coupon that no one has explained to me where it came from or why i got it.

so i have 2x 17e that are 8 days late that i need an 865 refund
i have 2x s9k. that are delivered and need a 114 refund
i have a mystery 375 coupon issued that i spent.

while the unexplained 375 coupon was nice. but 865+114=979 that is not very good.
also the two t17e eight days late. thats about 130.

so 1109 downside and a 375 upside means i am short 734.

i also think the s17 pro i purchased at 1999 that was delivered may generate a 400 dollar coupon due to the price drop to 1599.

what’s annoying is i am ready to shop and buy more s17pro if they fix the mess they made.

i have power for more gear. maybe 6-10 more units.

I've got potential credit coming for a Dec. 11-21 pre-order batch order of S17s and some $386 coupons for S17pro purchases. I can order S17 Pros from Malaysia through my host. If I knew for sure that I'd be able to take the S17 credit as a BTC refund at BTC price when my order ships, I'd just order the Pros I'd be able to get with the credit + coupons tomorrow. Very annoying there is so much uncertainty. There is no mention of a refund option on the web listing for any of the pre-orders.

Phill, if you bought any gear after the price difference has been credited to you then it should have been deducted from that gear price, this is what happened to me when i bought T17e dec batch, i had to pay less than the total amount , there was some btc balance in my account and it could have only come from those S9ks.

as to purchase of a coupon
i self mod my sales threads 🧵.

i never lock them unless the items are sold or no longer for sales.

If you lock a thread and are looking to sell not allowing conversations in public in many cases you are a risky seller.

during spring in 2018 i escrowed the sale of 300 coupons. many for the same guy.

i would never send btc first to buy a coupon. i would tell people i want an escrow.

this thread is more about dealing with bitmain and getting proper refunds. credits , coupon discount etc.
it is also about using your coupon correctly.

altough i guess one could argue that selling one of your multiple coupons does belong in this thread.

Yes, I got $480 off of $1599 S17pro (using $368+$150 coupons combo, "lost" $38 from the max benefit). I should have used 150+150+172 instead, though.

Once you are presented with an order window where you can also see your coupons, click (or mouse over) a small question mark by the word "Coupons", a secondary window (in yellow) would pop up.
The detailed explanation is there, but basically, you can use multiple coupons (up to max, which is 30% of the listed miner price) AS LONG as coupons are of the same type ("order" OR "sale" or "rebate").
The type of coupon is written on the body of coupon itself.

Have you actually tried that and got it to work ? i am not sure about the new coupons but I have used a dozen of coupons, i was never able to use 2 coupons on a single item, i highly doubt it's possible now, but i will take your words for it.

He is a scammer, I did some cleaning and digging in the digital good board today, rest assure that 99% of them are scammers and will never use escrow, the easiest way to know a scammer is if their topic is locked/self-moderated , unless they are very highly trusted members, if philipma1957 for example has a locked topic then he will be an exception.

Selling your coupons should be done in the marketplace here using an escrow.

As of today no movement on my t17e's they are now 7 days past the 1-10 dates.

100th x 7 = 700th x .00001915 = 0.013405 loss of btc for me and my partners.

And this order is due for a 865 usd refund.

not sure but why not sell the coupon for 132 you could get 132 easy.

368+132 = 500 you are 20 bucks better off. i think 🤔 you can get 132 for that coupon.

as for me getting a credit i don’t expect to see it for a few more days. i will ask them on tues for info if they have not paid it.

i am more concerned about my order for 2x t17e.
