Lucky? Are you joking? Bayern is not as good as they used to be. There's so much to write about Bayern Munich players' performances week in and week out. I was insanely disappointed with Bayern's defense. They were terrible to watch. So, their coach, Kompany, didn't change the fact that Bayern is in downfall now. 

Bayern dominated the first half, made a lot of chances, but didn't capitalize. Their defense was horrible to watch. They made many blunders. Neuer is too old for modern football. He is finished and must be replaced. All in all, Bayern deserved the loss against Barcelona.

It proves that Kompany is not good enough for UCL. So, the decision to sign him is bad.

I really don't think the current position is beyond my thinking, I thought before only at the vulnerability of a few goals like two or one goal was created but Barcelona did not do that, they did so well that they created very many goals at the feet of Raphinha, this is really beyond reason, what happened to Bayer Munich was very embarrassing, although statistically they were good but their defense was always defeated by the through ball arranged by Barcelona players, yes they have sometimes, sometimes good sometimes bad, meaning they are still predictable and also unpredictable.

When you watch and analyse their match with Barcelona, there was no doubt at any point that they were going to lose that big in that match. They really played well to me but were just unlucky not to have scored a lot of goals in the match and only got one goal throughout the match. The luck on goals was not on their side and that was why when Barcelona utilized the chances they got, they end up winning the match over Bayern Munich.

A lot may think that Bayern Munich under the new manager Kompany may not do well, but I still keep seeing no reason why they can’t do well this season under his management. They may be bad days for them and they lose some matches, that’s what all team cannot avoid when it comes. So their bad times may be over and we see the real Bayern Munich that will be more dominating in their games.

The top 3 UCL teams are currently also performing well in the EPL. This means that they are currently in their best form. It's just a matter of how they can stay consistent.
Liverpool still have strong opponents for the rest of their UCL matches. While Aston Villa I think has the remaining matches that should be safer for them.
The points difference is still tiny. There is still a lot that can happen in the next few matches. I hope Man City and Liverpool will still be in the top 8 until the 8 matches are finished.

Bayern is very good this season but I think or feel that the new coach ( Company) doesn't really know when to use each player for now, knowing when to use each player is very important
